    As a Regional Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting regional business expansion by driving clinical excellence, strengthening clinical capabilities, and enabling commercial success across multiple markets. You will provide expert clinical leadership in operating theatre (OT) environments and minimally invasive medical devices, while partnering closely with sales and commercial teams to support revenue growth and market development.
    In this regional leadership role, you will manage and develop clinical team members across countries, standardise best practices, and scale clinical training programmes to support business growth in existing and new markets. Regular regional travel will be required to support teams, customers, and strategic initiatives across multiple countries.
    Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage regional clinical teams, providing coaching, performance management, and development to build a high-performing clinical organisation.Deliver expert clinical application support across the region, particularly in OT settings and for minimally invasive medical devices, ensuring excellent customer experience and clinical outcomes.Partner with sales and commercial teams to support key accounts, product launches, and revenue-generating activities, including pre-sales clinical demonstrations, in-theatre support, and post-sales follow-up.Drive clinical strategies that directly support business growth, market expansion, and customer retention across multiple countries.Analyse clinical service feedback and operational performance to implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and commercial impact.Develop and standardise regional clinical training frameworks, protocols, and competency assessments to ensure consistent clinical excellence across markets.Train and mentor sales, clinical, and new hires on product applications, surgical workflows, and best practices, including on-site and in-theatre support where required.Collaborate with product management, marketing, and business unit leaders to develop training content, clinical materials, and regional education programmes.Represent the clinical function at regional trade shows, medical conferences, and customer engagement events.

    The Regional Sales Engineer/Clinical Sales (ENT Clinic Workflow & Integration) supports Easmed’s Southeast Asia markets by ensuring smooth adoption of ENT clinic equipment and optimised clinical workflows. The role focuses on coordinating equipment setup, workflow integration, and basic patient data management alignment within ENT clinics.
    This position strengthens sales outcomes by providing technical expertise, training, workflow advisory, and on-site support during demos, evaluations, and new installations. The role requires close collaboration with sales teams, end users, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across the region. You will be required to travel overseas for training, product support, and to participate in trade exhibitions/presentations.
    Key Responsibilities (Product Specialist Focus)1. ENT Clinic Workflow IntegrationAnalyse clinic processes to recommend efficient use of ENT examination and treatment equipment.Support the integration of multiple clinic devices into a cohesive workflow setup.Ensure clinical teams understand how to use the equipment optimally for day-to-day practice.
    2. Technical & Operational SupportAssist during product demonstrations, evaluations, and new deployments.Support clinicians and staff during early usage to build familiarity and confidence.Troubleshoot basic equipment-related issues and coordinate escalations when required.
    3.     RequirementsDegree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; engineering background is an advantage.2–5 years of experience in medical devices, clinical support, product specialist, or clinical applications roles.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical information into practical user guidance.Confident presenter capable of engaging clinical teams, sales teams, and distributors.Independent, resourceful, and comfortable working on-site in clinical environments.Willing and able to travel across Southeast Asia.

    Clinical Application Specialist (Sleep portfolio)You will be primarily responsible for ensuring the provision of advice and assistance on the usage of sleep/respiratory devices and products to end users including conducting training for medical professionals, allied health personnel, patients and sales team to ensure that they are familiar with and confident in using the products.
