Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organisational strategy and delivery needs. Delivery Methodologies & Project Types Provide PMO support across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models. Demonstrate working knowledge of Agile concepts, ceremonies, artefacts, and metrics. Support AI, data, automation, or digital initiatives, recognising differences in governance, delivery cadence, and risk profiles.     Data, Analytics & Management Reporting Produce management-level PMO dashboards, reports, and insights with strong numerical rigor. Analyse financial, delivery, and resource data to support decision-making. Translate complex data into clear, structured, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
    Digital Enablement & Tooling Support the use of AI, automation, and analytics to improve PMO effectiveness and efficiency. Contribute to or support low-code solutions (e.g. OutSystems) used for PMO workflows, tracking, or reporting. Actively identify opportunities where digital tools can reduce manual effort or improve visibility.
    Stakeholder Engagement & Professional Maturity Engage confidently with project managers, delivery teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders. Communicate clearly on PMO, financial, and governance matters. Demonstrate professional maturity, accountability, and follow-through expected of the role.
    Job RequirementsProven experience handling project billing, invoicing, or financial tracking in a PMO or project environment. Experience in Agile delivery environments and AI / digital projects. Strong numerical and analytical capability with attention to detail. Ability to create KPI and dashboards. Experience working within a PMO framework or structured project environment.
