    Role OverviewEducation Sales Consultant are the backbone of our offline Education business, being the bridge between the parents and the teachers. The Education Sales Consultant will be the educational professional that provides tailored student feedback to parents-in-need and guide the parents to become part of the children's journey to success. He/she will synthesize teacher feedback into actions for the parents and highlight important details of our curriculum that most parents/students tend to miss out, helping to nurture the students to reach the best version of themselves. Down the line, this role will have a great opportunity to grow and develop a career in the Operations team. High potential Education Sales Consultant who perform well will also be favorably considered for early management opportunities.
    Responsibilities
    Sales and Enrollment Follow up promptly on new leads daily and ensure a targeted number of potential customers are invited to the center for trial classes.Proactively remind students and parents of class renewals, guiding them through the re-enrollment process and addressing any related questions.Customer Service Greet and assist students and parents, providing a warm and welcoming environment.Address inquiries and concerns from parents and guardians in a professional and timely manner, whether in person, or over the phone.Gather and analyze feedback from parents and students to ensure continuous improvement of services.Resolve issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary, maintaining a focus on positive experiences.Operations & Administration Oversee the day-to-day operations of the learning center to ensure a smooth and safe environment.Track attendance, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate records.Coordinate and manage the scheduling of classes, ensuring that students and teachers are promptly notified of any schedule changes and necessary updates.Support the administrative side of enrollments, including managing student records, processing invoices, and updating databases.Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of necessary resources.
    Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in sales.Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.High energy, passionate and deeply empathetic of the customer.Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.Excellent communication skills, and good command in English is essential to succeed in this role.Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage.
    Pay Range: 3500-5000 SGD per month

    Responsible for performing a wide range of HR duties and functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and other HR-related activities at the entry and administrative level. The incumbent is expected to work together under the guidance of his/her superior to champion the values of the organization, build and maintain positive working relationships with all Employees.
    Assist in all administrative and coordination tasks in areas supporting both HR management and learning and development within the HR team.Focus on talent acquisition and hiring, attracting, selecting, and onboarding talented individuals who align with the organization's needs and values.Full spectrum of recruitment including internship managementEnsure proper file housekeeping of documentation in an organized manner both digitized or manual systemAssists in the organization of corporate events such as company’s dinner; corporate trip; family day; employee meeting; social gathering etc.Involved in special projects or new HR initiatives from time to timeAd-hoc duties as assigned from time to timeParticipate in company's sustainability effort for the environment and being an inclusive employer.
    Job RequirementsPreferred 1 year of working experience in human resources in the hotel industrySome knowledge of the local labor laws (in Singapore)Basic knowledge of HR related matters/termsFamiliar with use of social media platform with regards to recruitment and engagement activitiesGood networking with hoteliersDiploma or Degree from a recognized tertiary institution
