Senior Recruitment Expert/Manager (Overseas)Requirements:Experience in the semiconductor industry.Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.Location: Yixing, Wuxi OR Singapore (Optional)Key Responsibilities:Global Recruitment Execution: Lead talent sourcing and recruitment for key positions globally to meet the talent demands of semiconductor business development.Team Management & Development: Oversee daily operations, provide guidance, and drive performance improvements for the recruitment team to ensure the achievement of team goals.Recruitment Planning & Cost Control: Formulate annual/quarterly recruitment plans and budgets aligned with business development strategies; manage end-to-end cost control and efficiency analysis to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of talent acquisition.Process & Channel Optimization: Continuously optimize recruitment processes, expand and maintain core recruitment channels, and enhance both recruitment efficiency and the candidate experience.Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in team management or project leadership.Prior recruitment background in the semiconductor industry (e.g., silicon wafers, foundries, chips, equipment, materials, etc.) is highly preferred.Proven track record in global executive search and sourcing high-end talent is preferred.Possess outstanding communication, coordination, and data analysis skills.
