    Key Responsibilities
    1. Capital Raising & Fund PlacementExecute the fundraising strategy for dedicated property funds, focusing on private equity real estate structures.Identify and secure new investment commitments from Family Offices, Multi-Family Offices (MFOs), and Private Wealth partners.Manage the full investor lifecycle, from initial pitch and due diligence to closing and capital calls.
    2. Strategic Partnership ManagementMaintain and deepen relationships with an existing book of high-tier clients to ensure long-term retention and re-investment.Act as a senior advisor to partners, providing updates on fund performance, market trends, and real estate yields.Design bespoke partnership structures that align with the specific tax and regulatory requirements of different jurisdictions.

    Experience & QualificationsTrack Record: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Real Estate Fundraising or REITs.Network: An existing, active network of Family Office principals and UHNW investors within the target regions is essential.Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate investment trusts (REITs), private property funds, and direct co-investment structures.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. Professional certifications (CFA, CAIA) are highly regarded.
    CompetenciesGravitas: The ability to communicate with confidence and technical proficiency to C-suite executives and Family Office principals.Cultural Intelligence: Experience working across the diverse business cultures of East Asia and the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council).Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa, or Arabic is a significant advantage given the regional scope.

    We are seeking a commercially driven and execution-oriented Investment & Asset Management Manager to support the growth of our real estate investment and asset management platform in Singapore within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
