  • About the RoleSoutheast Asia is undergoing a fast-paced digital transformation, driven by strong national investment in ICT, cloud adoption, and enterprise modernization. As more companies transition from legacy systems to cloud-based ERP platforms, the demand for professionals with both business-domain expertise and technical ERP capabilities has grown sharply.To support this development and serve a growing base of China-linked and regional clients, we are seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant with bilingual (English–Chinese) capability, strong consulting skills, and hands-on ERP project management experience. This talent is critical in bridging cross-border communication, accelerating digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring successful ERP adoption across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
    Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end implementation services for Yonyou ERP and cloud solutions, including business requirement study, business blueprinting, system configuration, functional testing, user training, and documentation.As an implementation consultant, monitor and control project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery according to project plans.Provide technical and functional pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations and product presentations.Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; propose corrective actions and perform testing to ensure system stability and operational efficiency.Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and end-users.Collaborate with regional project teams and engage directly with clients and headquarters to ensure alignment of processes and technical requirements.Receive structured training on Yonyou products, industry best practices, project methodologies, and cloud ERP innovations.Support overseas project delivery across Southeast Asia when required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, or related fields.5-8 years of experience in cloud-based enterprise applications and understanding of SaaS/PaaS/cloud architecture fundamentalsStrong domain knowledge across multiple business areas, including HR, finance and accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, and construction.Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to manage communication with Chinese-speaking clients and regional stakeholders.Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and coordination skills.Responsible, resourceful, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • ResponsibilitiesSupport key regional market industries, clients, and project opportunities by developing and iterating high-value digital consulting and solutions.Promote the value of digital transformation solutions, product solutions, and customer success practices to large enterprises through both online and offline channels. Provide comprehensive digital consulting and solutions to clients across all sectors, participating in project tracking, bidding processes, and following through to project signing. Offer support for project requirements and blueprint solutions before projects enter the delivery phase.Conduct training sessions and empower regional customer managers, pre-sales consultants, and implementation consultants.
    QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accountant, Automation and Business Administration;3 years of experience in the implementation and support of business applications and cloud solutions;Good command of one business knowledge, including accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, or construction industry;Experience in ERP solutions (Sage, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Microsoft Navision, Workday) will be advantageous;Fluency in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts; additional language skills are a plus;

  • ERP Project Manager We are looking for a ERP Project Manager who is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of Yonyou projects, ensuring that they are completed successfully, on time, and within budget while meeting the organization’s strategic goals and requirements.
    Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination:Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources.Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.Ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget.Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team.Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to ensure the solution meets their needs.Manage expectations and communicate progress regularly to all stakeholders.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor and address any issues or changes that could impact the project’s success.Implement contingency plans as needed to handle unforeseen challenges.Quality Assurance:Ensure that the Yonyou solution meets quality standards and business requirements.Oversee testing phases to ensure functionality, performance, and user acceptance.Implement best practices and industry standards in project execution.Change Management:Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources.Facilitate communication and training for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the Yonyou system.Address any resistance to change and ensure that the transition is as seamless as possible.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.Compliance and Governance:Ensure that the project complies with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.Implement and enforce governance structures and practices to maintain project integrity.
    Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.Over 5 years of experience in project consulting, implementation, or management, with a preference for candidates experienced in financial and supply chain project implementation.Strong understanding of enterprise business management processes and extensive project management experience.Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin preferred.Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and Gantt charts;strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.PMP certification or knowledge of project management is a plus.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to oversee projects and effectively allocate team resources.base in Singapore and travel across Southeast Asia.
