Responsibilities:Proactively identify and cultivate new channel resources within your assigned territoryBuild and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective channel clientsExpand new channel partners or large projects and major end users.Improve the channel penetration system: Plan the overall channel strategy and operation mode, provide channel service support, effectively break down sales targets, and complete sales plans.
Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of successful channel and projects business development experience, preferably within IT hardware industryProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade stakeholders at all levelsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering resultsDegree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, fluency in both Chinese and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
