Senior Sales Manager – APAC (Oceania & Southeast Asia)Based in Sydney, Perth (Australia) or Singapore
We’re supporting a global engineering business looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of a key APAC region.
This role combines a strong, established customer base in Australia with real growth potential across Southeast Asia, Korea and Japan.
The RoleYou’ll manage existing relationships while building new business across major energy projects, working closely with EPCs, operators, and internal engineering teams.
Projects are typically in the $5m–$30m+ range, focused on complex, engineered solutions.
What We’re Looking ForExperience selling project-based, engineered solutionsTrack record selling to major players in the oil & gas, LNG, and / or power generation.Exposure to technologies such as; gas processing or gas treating systems, heat transfer / cooling systems, modular or process equipment.Experience working with EPCs and major project environmentsComfortable with both account management and business development
