  • Position : P&C Executive / Senior P&C Executive (HR Projects & Digital Operations) - 1 Year Contract
    Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team on a 1‑year contract. The HR Executive will focus on supporting HR projects, driving process improvement, and building strong capability across HR operations, including payroll and recruitment. The role suits a digitally capable individual with a growth mindset and strong learning agility.
    Key Responsibilities:1.HR digital transformation and process improvementCoordinate HR projects (e.g. system rollouts, digitalisation initiatives, employee experience improvements).Map, review, and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage timelines, and track deliverables.Support change management activities, including communication and basic training.
    2. Recruitment & SelectionCoordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reference checks.Partner with hiring managers to manage screening and shortlisting processes.Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment related documentation.
    3.Employee Engagement & EventsAssist in planning and executing employee engagement programmes and townhallsCoordinate logistics, communication, feedback collection, and post event reporting.Contribute ideas to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.Curating and sharing HR updates through newsletter.
    4.Payroll & HR OperationsSupport monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of all payroll changes in partnership with external payroll providers.Maintain employee records, HR databases and filing systems (digital and physical).Assist in employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, probation tracking).Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards.
    5.General HR SupportProvide day to day HR support to employees and managers, addressing queries promptly and professionally.Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation as required.Support ad hoc company wide projects and administrative tasks assigned by the team.
    Required:Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.At least 5 years of hands-on HR operations experience, with exposure to payroll and recruitment.Experience supporting HR projects, with a focus on process improvement and digitalisation.Digitally capable; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using HR systems, dashboards, and automation tools (e.g. workflows, templates, self-service).Detail-oriented, with strong attention to HR data accuracy and compliance.Good working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR regulations.Demonstrates a growth mindset, learning agility, and willingness to deepen HR operational expertise.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.Singaporean or Singapore PR only.

    As Philanthropy Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of WWF-Singapore’s fundraising, building powerful relationships with trusts, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals. Working closely with senior leadership, including the Chairman, Board, and CEO, you’ll unlock new opportunities and deepen partnerships.
    What You’ll Do
    This isn’t a back-office fundraising role. You’ll be out front, building relationships, closing major gifts, and shaping how people invest in the future of our planet.
    You will:Own and grow a portfolio of high-value donors (trusts, foundations, HNWIs) Secure five- and six-figure gifts that directly fund environmental education initiatives and conservation impact. Craft compelling proposals and stories that inspire action. Build strong, long-term relationships with influential supporters. Partner closely with senior leadership (Chairman, Board, CEO) on key opportunities. Spot and unlock new funding opportunities across networks and markets.
