The Public Relations Officer (Buildings) will act on behalf of Woh Hup to assist the Project Manager and the project site in the management of public relations matters pertaining to the Works.
· Shall liaise with and assist the Developer and Engineer on all public relations matters, including stakeholder engagement and management, with emphasis on management of public relations matters and public feedback.· Able to design, production and distribution of all communication materials (newsletter, flyers, circulars, brochures, etc.) related to the public relations effort.· Have experience in organizing engagement and outreach activities, such as briefings, dialogue sessions and exhibitions in such context of building projects.· Must be able to engage stakeholders through new media and social media platforms such as creating Facebook Groups.· Have knowledge and ability to communicate construction updates to stakeholders in the vicinity and proximity of the works during the construction period, especially for the major activities such as excavation, piling and concreting.· Adherence to safety practices in the work place
