Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement SupportSupport client engagement activities, including outreach, follow-ups, and appointment coordinationAssist in understanding client needs through guided fact-finding and engagement processesLearn how financial solutions are positioned and communicated to clients in a professional settingParticipate in client meetings, presentations, and engagement sessions under supervisionFinancial Services Exposure & LearningGain foundational exposure to financial planning concepts, products, and advisory processesAssist in preparing basic presentation materials, proposals, and documentationLearn industry best practices in client servicing, relationship management, and ethical advisoryTraining, Development & On-the-Job LearningParticipate in structured training sessions covering financial services fundamentals, communication skills, and professional developmentLearn through on-the-job training with experienced leaders and mentorsApply learning see real-world client engagement and business scenariosTeam & Project SupportSupport internal projects, outreach initiatives, and engagement eventsCollaborate with team members on sales and business development activitiesAssist with administrative and coordination tasks related to sales operationsRequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completing degree (all disciplines welcome), having at least a Diploma or A level equivalentStrong interest in sales, client engagement, and the financial services industryGood communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn, proactive, and open to feedbackComfortable engaging with people and working in a team environmentNo prior financial services or sales experience required; training will be providedWhat you will gainStructured training and hands-on exposure to the financial services and sales environmentPractical understanding of client engagement, sales processes, and advisory workflowsDevelopment of core professional skills including communication, presentation, and relationship-building1 to 1 mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals and leadersExposure to both client-facing and backend business functionsOpportunities to build confidence, industry knowledge, and career clarityA strong foundation for future career opportunities in sales, advisory, or professional servicesSponsored Industry Recognized certificationsFree Overseas exposure opportunityFor any questions, please email career@winadvisors.com.sg.
