    Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, Allied Health, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 8–12 years of healthcare operations experience, ideally having exposure to large scale healthcare operation environmentsPrior experience in hospital/medical centre/clinic pre-opening, commissioning, or major expansion projects is highly desirableStrong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements or accreditation standards is advantageousExperience working with multidisciplinary teams and strong project management skills with ability to manage complex timelinesStrong systems thinking and operational design capabilityGood communications skills to engage and influence stakeholdersDetail-oriented with strong documentation and governance mindset

    Responsibilities:
    In this role, you will work closely with sales teams, partners, and internal engineering teams to design and deliver scalable POS and payment solutions across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
    You will lead technical discussions with partners, translate business requirements into technical architectures, and support proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate platform capabilities.
    The position also involves supporting system integrations, collaborating with product and engineering teams on implementation, and providing post-deployment technical guidance to ensure successful partner adoption and solution performance.
    Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or solution architecture within B2B software, SaaS, fintech, or payment-related environments.
    You should have hands-on experience with API integrations, system integrations, and cloud-based architectures, as well as the ability to work closely with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
