    Who We Are Looking For?As a Social Media Marketing Assistant, you will support Watsons Singapore’s in-house social media team in executing day-to-day content, community management and campaign operations. You will work closely with the Social Media Lead and Executive to ensure smooth execution.
    What Awaits You:
    Content Execution & SupportSupport preparation and execution of content across platforms.Assist in filming setup and coordination.Support basic editing such as resizing, subtitles and simple cuts.Ensure all content follows brand tone of voice, guidelines and campaign KV usage.
    Copywriting & PublishingAssist in drafting captions based on direction.Support scheduling and publishing.Ensure accuracy of promotional details and messaging.
    XiaoHongShu (XHS)Support translation into Chinese (Simplified).Assist in posting and formatting content.Organise content assets and captions for upload.
    Community ManagementSupport customer responses via social platforms and Freshchat.Follow response templates and escalate when needed.Maintain logs (SAP, trackers) and support 2-minute response KPI.
    Operations & CoordinationMaintain daily trackers and reporting sheets.Support campaign setup and coordination.Work with internal teams for approvals and asset collection.

  • Who We Are Looking For?As the Retail Operations Area/ Cluster Manager, he/she will lead and manage a group of store manager to deliver area business plan and KPIs within budget.   • Who We Are Looking For?As a CRM Executive, you will be part of the team driving the planning and execution of member lifecycle campaigns/automations for Watsons Singapore, and bringing the loyalty programme to greater heights. This is a hands-on role critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of CRM /marketing campaigns across various channels
    What Awaits You:Assist to develop, execute and optimise all membership related campaigns/automations to build and maintain strong members’ loyalty and achieve CRM KPIs (e.g. member acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, reactivation etc)Strategically curate and deliver impactful, channel-appropriate content to engage and resonate with target audiencesResponsible for effective campaign segmentation to support end-to-end campaign execution, from requirement gatherings, extractions, executions, communications and report tracking of campaign performanceTrack, measure, and report on performance of members’ communications, design and conduct A/B tests for optimisation and improvement (E.g. edm subject lines, SMS sales copy, send timing and frequency).     Who We Are Looking For?As the Online Business Executive, he/she develops and oversees marketing campaigns to drive Online Business by enhancing the customer experience, executing online promotions & campaigns, maintaining the technology and infrastructure.
