    What you will be doing:
    A) Regional Responsibilities – Business Continuity & Transformation Enablement1. Regional Training & Employee Development Operations • Coordinate regional learning programs, vendor management, nominations, tracking, and compliance reporting • Support upskilling aligned with transformation and operational excellence initiatives2. Multi-Country Payroll Support for Asia Sales & Regional Functions Act as coordination point across countries/vendors for accuracy, deadlines, and issue resolution Reduce payroll risk for cross-border stakeholders and regional cost reporting3. Regional Projects & Strategic Initiatives ExecutionCore execution support for Asia-wide programs (e.g. HRCI, continuous improvement, engagement initiatives)Without this role, project delivery will fall entirely on senior HR leadership, slowing transformation pace4.     What you will be doing:1) Drive the achievement of the company's SCM objectives (Revenue, On-time Delivery, Inventory, Customer Satisfaction, etc.) of the assigned account.2) Create and maintain production build plan and manage end to end to support management quarterly goals with regards to Revenue, On time Customer delivery, capacity utilization, inventory turnover levels, and cost control.3) Collaborates with Product Marketing to understand customer forecast requirementsManage and respond to customer expedites, pull-ins and inquiries with regard to supply situation.4) Manage the issuance of Delivery Notes to support revenue plans, customer allocation and delivery commitments.5) Review and manage the accuracy of order confirmation which is based on short term and long-term build plan and customer allocation if anyWork with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.6) Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.7) Develop and review production plan with Managers for approval. Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely manner.8) Manage the issuance of Delivery Notes to support revenue plans, customer allocation and delivery commitments.9) Well- versed in any Planning System managing Demand, Supply, Capacity, Constraint, Material and Inventory.10) Knowledge in handling multi die, multi flow and multilocation devices is an advantageStrong Customer focus and ability to work effectively with peers and stake holders such as Marketing, Operations and Management to drive improvements.11) Review and manage the accuracy of order confirmation which is based on short term and long-term build plan and customer allocation if any.12) Identify "red flags" and engage/collaborate with other Planning Teams and Departments for root cause analysis, recommend solutions to complex problems and drive plan execution.
    What you will bring along:1) Minimum 7 years’ experience in supply chain planning/execution in a highly technical semiconductor.2) Graduate of Bachelor's/ College Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course to Supply Chain.3) Experience in SAP ERP and SCM, Business Objects, Promis or Equivalent and Advance Planning system.4) Excellent communication and negotiation skills and well develop leadership skills.5) Analytical and data- driven ability.6) Able to adapt and succeed in a fast- paced, challenging environment7) Open to work in Binan, Laguna

Able to communicate and write in fluent English, and converse in Mandarin Meticulous with an eye for detail, works well under strict timelines and investigative in nature.This is a fix term role for 1 year tend to get permanent based on candidate performance.
