    The Impact You’ll MakeAssist in data acquisition and data analysis (eg. Rating & Reviews, product/commercial claims, consumer research, and competitor benchmarking).Deliver mini project assigned (related to user experience journey for Garment Care) by internship supervisor.Assist to validate the functionality and usability of end-product that meets the consumer needs.
    The Skills And Knowledge You’ll BringCurrently pursuing a relevant Academic degree (in Human Technology Interaction, User Experience Design / Research, Industrial Design Engineering or other engineering discipline)Good analytical & statistical skills. Proficient in data analysis software or AI for big data analysis would be preferred.Familiarity with research methods and techniquesTechnical understanding combined with consumer mindset to be able to see the link between technology and consumers.Ability to work in a team-based environment.Ambitious and self-motivatedGood communication skills (both verbal and written).Ability to work independently or in a team, positive attitude and willing to learn.Able to commit fully for 7 months from May to December 2026.

    About the role:
    You will be a part of a winning team that plays to win, is hungry for growth and have fun along the way. This role is based in Singapore and will be reporting to the Marketing Lead SEA.
    You will be part of a multi-functional and diverse team, with varying points of view and capabilities to strengthen. The role will also be working closely with the APAC regional marketing team.
    Drive profitable growth and accelerate market share in key categories that have a strong growth agenda and we have right to win Lead category strategy through understanding local consumer insights and use-cases, competition landscape and category trends Plan and execute locally relevant marketing activation, across content, media, influencer and PR activation. Align Versuni’s portfolio roadmap and launch timelines for SingaporeCollaborate closely with local cross-functional teams, APAC marketing teams and local agencies
    What you will be driving impact on:
    Category Strategy & Consumer InsightsOwner of local consumer understanding in habits and motivations, usage and behaviour, consumer trendsIdentify key business drivers across portfolio, marketing, distribution, visibility etc Define and own business objectives, marketing objectives and communication objectivesOwn portfolio roadmap and new product launch calendar, ensuring product-market fit and relevant, competitive price points Lead cross-functional relationships with sales, trade, media, supply chain, consumer care teams. Includes delivery of trade story, new product launch proposalsPartner closely with APAC team across strategic planning proposals, innovation and activation plans
    Marketing Activation Own local end-to-end marketing plan to ensure best in class 360 activations across consumer touchpoints, such as paid social, organic social, influencer and PR activation 12 months marketing calendar across product launches and marketing activations Working with media lead, briefs media and influencer/PR agencies from planning to executionLead allocation of marketing spends within category, ensuring content and media efficiency, meeting marketing and media KPIs Bring local consumer insights and use-cases to live through locally relevant content, global content localization and adaptationsOn an ongoing basis, identify key learnings including target audience, creative and platform performance. Taking the lead in sharing learnings, both locally and with APAC team.
    The Skills and Knowledge you’ll bring:
