    We’re looking to add an Engineer, R&D (Test Development) in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.
    As an Engineer, R&D (Test Development), you will:
    Be responsible in delivering an ODM product that is tested with maximum test coverage at optimum efficiency for manufacturing. Involve in all test development works from prototype phases till final mass production, before officially handing-over to production counterparts.
    Review & enhance testing strategies, flow & procedures for optimum producibilityDesigns, develops, modifies and evaluates electronics components/PCBA or sub-system and systems level electronics equipment or other hardware systems and/or electrical engineering applications.Implement test concept and methodology in software/hardware and maintain software/hardware during NPI phases before handing over.Coordinate with design engineering to improve the design concept and simplify the testability and manufacturability.Prepare & update test software/hardware documentation for knowledge handover and information exchange.Prepare & update Venture Standard Operating Procedure to standardize test processes during prototype phases; And hand-over final copy to production counterparts when mass production.Lead, motivate & train Test personals in NPI team to achieve prototype objective and target.Participates actively in all NPI activities and work closely with NPI team members to ensure smooth transition into mass production.Work closely with customers & vendors to deliver all test request before MR.Develop, modify/change and maintain test program during NPI phases till MR.Check and remove measuring/test equipment from line that are non-conformance before start of prototype build.Review all Venture Standard Operating Procedure and software installed before NPI build. • Build strong relationship/partnership with customers and vendors.
    Requirements:Master/Degree in Electro Mechanical/Electronics engineeringMinimum 3 years relevant experience in NPI test development environmentFresh graduate with good results and respective exposure during industrial attachment.Good design software skills (LabVIEW, Protel/Altium Designer, and Microsoft Visual C# programming, TCL, Python)Familiar with National Instruments and test measurement equipmentKnowledge of mechanical measurements such as motion accuracy, force, temperature, vibrations, and pneumatics.

    We’re looking to add a Senior Analyst, FP&A in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.
    As a Senior Analyst, FP&A you will:Perform management analysis of the group performance against outlook/budget and review of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and working capital.
    Responsibilities:Support Group monthly consolidation preparation.Prepare materials for Group quarterly SGX announcement and board meeting.Responsible for monthly review of Group performance with effective analysis of income statement and balance sheet.Responsible for financial tracking, forecasting and review of Group performance against approved financial plan.Lead revenue and margin analysis, operating cost control, profitability improvement.Support benchmarking of Group financial, operational and working capital metrics to drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.Liaise with external consultant and business finance to drive Group Goodwill impairment assessmentSupport Group employee share options and restricted shares valuationEnsure timely management reporting, forecasting and analysis.Lead and coordinate with business leader for annual budget.Involve in Group Finance’s system digitalization and transformation initiativesAd-hoc financial assignments as required by management.
    Requirements:Good Bachelor’s Degree in AccountingAt least 4 years of relevant FP&A experience with a multi-national or large local corporation.Big 4 audit experience would be an added advantage.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Independent worker with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.Willingness and ability to work with high volume of data and translate them into meaningful outputAbility to link operational outcomes with potential accounting issues.Flexible and willing to support other areas of Finance when necessary.Occasional travel to overseas site offices will be required.Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline

    We’re looking to add a Senior Analyst, Tax in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.
    As a Senior Analyst, Tax you will:Perform management analysis of the group performance against outlook/budget and review of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and working capital.
    Responsibilities:Manage and review corporate tax compliance works for Group entities in various Jurisdictions (i.e. Singapore, Malaysia, China, US and Spain) to ensure timely submission.Collaborate with internal functions and external advisors to ensure accurate compliance and alignment on technical positions.Perform periodic and annual tax provision review, including domestic and Global Minimum Tax considerations.Support in Transfer Pricing Documentations including local file and review of Master File, OECD and Public CbCR reporting and Global Minimum Tax reporting.Support tax authority queries and audits with well-documented analysis and evidence, developing tax audit defense strategy.Support in review commercial arrangements and business initiatives (e.g. tax incentives, new business initiatives, M&A and divestment projects and others) for tax implications provide clear, practical technical support to business stakeholders.Keeping abreast of tax law developments and Budget announcement, and assess their impact on compliance requirements and tax positions.Enhance tax processes through standardisation, automation, and strengthened internal controls. Contribute to the continuous improvement of tax workflows, documentation, and risk management practices.
    Requirements:Degree in Accountancy preferred5 years’ experience in tax. Big Four, Regional or commercial tax experience preferred.Good technical knowledge and understanding of Singapore and Malaysia tax landscape.Familiarity with Transfer Pricing and Global Minimum Tax would be an advantage.Good attitude, proactive and willingness to learn and take on new challengesStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Must be a team player with ability to work with people across functions and culture and from all levels within the organization.Good in Excel skills and accounting understanding.

    As an Analyst, Finance (Transformation) you will:Support delivery of finance transformation and operational improvement initiatives across the Group. Participate in finance-related projects such as automation, digitalization, process enhancements, system improvements and new business initiative. This role assists in project tracking, documentation, data analysis, testing and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth project delivery.
    Responsibilities:Support project planning, scheduling and status trackingMaintain project documentation, trackers and issue logsAssist in process mapping and SOP documentationSupport feasibility studies, ROI review, system implementation activities, including data preparation and validationParticipate in user acceptance testing (UAT), test case preparation and defects trackingPrepare project reports and dashboardsCoordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and liaise with stakeholders and vendorsSupport training and change management activitiesSupport preparation of business cases for new business opportunities and strategic business decisions.Collaborate with insurance broker to optimise Group insurance policy coverage and manage the policy renewalsAny other ad-hoc Group financial analysis and projects.
