  • Legal Department
    The Legal team is responsible for managing the company's legal affairs from compliance through litigation, collaborating with departments such as Sales, Operations, Human Resources, and Innovation along the way.     Position Overview
    You will be responsible for legal support of client agreements in APAC, including data center leases, service agreements, tenant order forms, and related documents. In addition to providing excellent legal expertise and support, you will bring a proactive, business, and solution-oriented mindset to legal matters, an enterprise lens, and a proven ability to work collaboratively across the organization. You will ideally have data center or related technology expertise, in-house or law firm experience, strong business acumen, enterprise leadership, passion for growing a business, and experience in continuous improvement and driving enhancements that benefit the Company.
    Essential Job Functions
    Legal Guidance and Negotiation: Provide legal guidance and negotiation expertise for data center transactions in APAC.Draft and negotiate data center agreements with hyperscalers, large wholesale, and enterprise clients, including, without limitation, tenant order forms, change orders, non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, subordination, non-disturbance, and attornment agreements, service orders, lease agreements, colocation agreements, development agreements, master service agreements, and related documents.Manage client-related issues arising post-contract, such as drafting contract amendments and any issues escalated to legal.Draft commencement notices, delay notices, and other correspondence relating to client agreements.Prepare summaries and abstracts of client agreements and provide guidance on the terms of client agreements.Review and revise after-action reports and similar documents for incidents and other circumstances related to client agreements.Provide legal guidance with respect to compliance initiatives for client agreements.Provide proactive and strategic-level advice that enables Vantage to achieve its business and strategic objectives while fully and appropriately managing and leveraging legal risk.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams to gather input and consensus on technical, operational, and compliance aspects of data center transactions.Serve as a strategic partner by providing practical, business-focused, and sound legal advice to APAC Sales, Finance, Corporate Development, and Operations teams.
    Contract Management and Compliance:Assist with the development and updates to client-related agreement templates and provide counseling on the use of such templates.Provide legal analysis of client agreements in support of certain business development and financing transactions, including document review and due diligence.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to client agreements.
    Client Relationship Management:Assist with all legal matters involving client relationships.Support the development, implementation, and management of methodology improvements in the client negotiation process and resolve legal issues that arise in existing client relationships.Support global legal strategy for client agreements, including contract management and governance.

    Essential Job FunctionsLead and manage the APAC Network Engineering team across multiple sites and countries, providing day-to-day operational oversight, career development, performance management, and technical mentorship to build a high-performing, resilient team.Own regional network operations including OT network architecture (BMS, ePMS), LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and core services (DNS, DHCP, NAC, IPAM), ensuring continuous secure connectivity, high availability, and adherence to defined SLAs across all APAC data center and office locations.Drive the APAC execution of the global network modernization program with three key components: data center autonomy design enabling each APAC facility to function independently, WAN redesign transitioning from full VPN mesh to regional hub-and-spoke architecture, and end-of-life hardware mitigation across the regional fleet.Serve as the strategic voice for APAC requirements in global network architecture decisions, ensuring that regional considerations including regulatory requirements, vendor ecosystems, and connectivity options are appropriately represented in global design standards.Implement and maintain global reference architectures and network standards across all APAC sites, ensuring consistency in product and design while documenting and obtaining approval for any regional deviations that local conditions require.Serve as the regional escalation point for network incidents during APAC business hours, coordinating cross-functional resolution efforts with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams, and maintaining clear communication cadences with stakeholders during major events.Plan and execute network infrastructure requirements for new site activations across APAC, developing standardized deployment playbooks for network commissioning and ensuring IT network readiness aligns with facility construction and commissioning timelines.Advance network automation and orchestration capabilities within APAC, implementing configuration templating, automated deployment pipelines, and self-service capabilities that reduce manual intervention, improve consistency, and free engineering capacity for higher-value strategic work.Ensure physical separation between OT and IT networks in alignment with security-by-design principles, enforcing least-privilege access, strong identity controls, and continuous validation across all network infrastructure.Manage regional vendor relationships for network hardware, circuit providers, and managed service partnerships, ensuring service quality, cost optimization, and alignment with global enterprise agreements.Collaborate closely with the Infrastructure and Service Desk managers in APAC to ensure cross-functional alignment, reflecting the unified engine model where Network, Infrastructure, and Service Desk operate as interdependent components of an integrated system.Establish and maintain proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting for all critical network services, ensuring telemetry is actionable, reliable, and tied to customer impact, enabling rapid triage and informed decision-making.Establish and maintain comprehensive network documentation including topology diagrams, runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational procedures that enable consistent service delivery and support effective incident response.Provide regular reporting on network health, capacity trends, modernization program progress, and operational metrics to regional and global leadership, contributing APAC data to the unified CIO financial and operational dashboards.Embed documentation-first and security-first principles into all network operations, ensuring compliance with corporate IT policies, information security requirements, and regulatory obligations relevant to each APAC operating jurisdiction.Stay abreast of the latest technologies/trends and how they can be applied to current and future business needs.

    Job Requirements7-10+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and operations, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and data center networking, with at least 3-5 years in a people management or team lead role.Demonstrated experience managing network operations across multiple sites or geographies, ideally within data center, colocation, or hyperscale environments, with a strong understanding of OT network requirements (BMS, ePMS) in addition to traditional IT networking.Deep technical expertise in enterprise networking technologies including routing and switching, firewall management, VPN architectures, network access control, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and software-defined networking, with hands-on experience in network modernization and migration programs.Strong experience with network automation and orchestration tools, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code practices that enable consistent, repeatable network deployments at scale.Strong understanding of ITIL service management principles, particularly incident management, change management, and problem management, with practical experience using ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms.Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve as an effective escalation point, translate technical network concepts into business language for stakeholders, and represent regional requirements in global architecture discussions.Proven ability to manage vendor relationships with circuit providers, hardware manufacturers, and managed service partners, negotiating service agreements and overseeing third-party delivery for quality and cost-effectiveness.Experience supporting new facility builds or data center network commissioning projects, with understanding of how network infrastructure integrates with construction timelines, meet-me room design, and diverse pathway requirements.Strong security mindset with experience implementing network segmentation, OT/IT network separation, zero-trust principles, and compliance with information security standards.Strong alignment with Vantage’s cultural values: no ego, no arrogance, strong teamwork, transparent communication, and commitment to both individual excellence and collaborative achievement.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. We also work closely with partner VARs to learn about the latest technology changes so we can make informed purchase decisions. The IT department is always looking for ways to strike the best balance between technology, performance and cost.

    Essential Job Functions
    To assist with updating and maintaining the ticketing system based on functional and business requirements. To provide telephone, email and field support to internal customers and colleagues providing an excellent level of service to meet Vantage’s SLA. Calls must be logged, prioritised and actioned via the IT ticket system. To ensure that all associated tickets are updated in a timely manner so that the status of logged calls can be monitored, and problem reporting can be done effectively. To be able to identify trends and escalate them to other global team members as well as be proactive in identifying areas for improvement. To assist in the development of the Service Desk procedures and creation of material knowledge base articles To undertake project work assigned by management, and provide regular weekly/monthly reports as agreed, ensuring that the work is done to agreed standards and that any problems are communicated in a timely manner. To undertake the installation, maintenance and decommissioning of computer hardware, software and peripherals ensuring that this is done to agreed procedures and standards and that all relevant documentation is maintained.     Job Requirements
    Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience preferred.Ability to support a Hybrid Cloud Environment. Consisting of Active Directory, Azure and Office 365. Experience working with Android and IOS phones. Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Some travel is expected in the region.4-6 years’ experience working in a global corporate end users/service desk environment in a matrix reporting environment support global user.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong prioritization and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once including office projects.Ability to manage regional vendors for support and maintenance in line with global procurement, support and maintenance standards and agreements.Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal Ability to support global users remotely.
