Site Selection and Acquisitions DepartmentThe Site Selection & Acquisitions team is responsible for delivering quality sites for Vantage’s data center development. The team sources, evaluates, pre-qualifies, and completes initial due diligence leading to site acquisitions that support Vantage’s data center business across APAC. We work closely with Market Strategy, Sales, New Site Development, Design & Engineering, Construction, Operations, Legal, Finance, and the Vantage Senior Leadership Team.

Position OverviewThis role will manage and track site selection activities in assigned markets across APAC, conduct due diligence activities, manage the site acquisition process, and align internal and external stakeholders to support timely, within-scope, and within-budget transaction closings. The successful candidate will also be expected to build and establish systems, tools, and processes to manage dashboards, contracts, metrics, feedback, and monitoring systems related to site acquisitions.
DutiesTrack and monitor a high volume of large, complex real estate transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions, developments, and other deal structures.Execute transaction strategies for a given region or market:Act as the initial scout for identified markets and sites; travel to potential locations, complete initial site assessments, prepare travel reports, and work with the New Site Development team to prepare diligence packages for internal review.Manage transactions from inception to close, including securing necessary easements and ROWs.Serve as the Point of Contact for all informational inquiries (inbound/outbound) from third parties.Track and monitor all acquisition opportunities across a region or allocated sub-region. Conduct analysis to identify areas of improvement and work closely with Site Selection Managers to update the status of each opportunity.Track, monitor, and report the status of all acquisitions and support report development per the internal acquisition process.Draft Letters of Intent (LOI) using standard templates, working alongside the legal team.Maintain templates through ongoing process improvement.Engage with local brokers, consultants, or others as needed to comply with Know-Your-Client and other legal requirements. Complete all third-party due diligence reports for new vendors.Support closing activities: oversee survey processes; procure title, environmental, and other necessary insurance; ensure payment terms and conditions are met by internal teams; coordinate with internal and external legal teams to file required documents (e.g., transfer of deeds of trust, title, property) in compliance with the Sales and Purchase Agreement and local legal requirements.Manage all pre-diligence and due diligence materials, checklists, and dashboards for Site Selection tasks, and support the New Site Development team in areas such as:Power, telecom, and fiber studiesEnvironmental and risk surveysTopographical and geotechnical studiesTitle and legal due diligenceEntitlements, permitting, planning, and other requirements impacting site developmentAdminister Professional Services contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Powers of Attorney, and other documents needed to engage third-party consultants, agencies, and economic development groups, including obtaining internal approvals for scope, schedule, and budget.Support economic development incentive programs through research, business case analysis, project inputs, and related documentation needed for government and non-government agencies, along with the Public Policy team.Prepare economic impact deliverables for presentation to local authorities when needed.Manage incentives programs to ensure compliance with grant requirements.Manage external/internal meetings, create agendas, track open issues, and maintain action items through minutes and other key deliverables.Ensure that qualified professional firms carry out Broker Opinion of Value and/or detailed valuation reports for all shortlisted sites.
RequirementsBachelor of Science degree in commercial real estate, surveying, or Business Management is preferred.More than 5 years of experience in commercial real estate/property transactions across APAC markets.Land and building acquisition experience is essential.Data center or technical facility experience is preferred but not required.Strong IT skills, including proficiency with communication tools, Excel (advanced), Power BI, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.Excellent analytical skills with an understanding of real estate finance, project IRR, and discounted cash flow analysis.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills; must be a strong team player.Ability to analyze complex business concepts and documents.Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints.Ability to deliver effective presentations on general topics.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with limited information.Ability to interpret various instructions provided in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule formats.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.Flexible, adaptable, and self-directed; able to work remotely, while traveling, across time zones, cross-functionally, and by project.Strong understanding of commercial metrics that drive successful development projects.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work, perform under pressure, and work with minimal supervision.Commitment to Vantage’s core values: Trust, Agility, Respect, and Accountability.
Design & Engineering Team
The Design & Engineering (D&E) team drives the technology, innovation, new development, quality and engineering excellence of data center infrastructure across Vantage’s companywide portfolio. D&E evaluates the technical viability of new sites, drives engineering solutions, cost and scheduling efficiencies in line with corporate goals, and serves as subject matter experts across the entire project lifecycle from concept design through to commissioning.The D&E team collaborates strongly with Sales, Operations, regional management, and global innovation groups along the way. D&E also works hand in hand with the Construction team to develop and drive a vertically integrated design and ensures existing standards, regulatory frameworks and designs are managed and executed effectively, across our diverse APAC existing market, plus will support the strategic positioning of Vantage’s successful entry into emerging markets.One thing that distinguishes Vantage is that our technical staff are given the responsibility and authority to directly drive tangible results. Position Overview
Vantage is seeking an experienced Director, Design Management, APAC to lead and oversee engineering design and design management across regional APAC development projects. This role is responsible for the end-to-end design lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, coordinated, and buildable data center designs that align with project cost, schedule, safety, and operational requirements.The Director will drive regional design standards, oversee engineering teams & specialists and consultants, and establish consistent design management processes across projects. Working closely with Development, Construction, Procurement, Commercial and Operations, this role will support project delivery, improve design performance, and drive continuous improvement in engineering and design execution.The role will also support sales and development initiatives by representing the design function in client engagements, bid processes, and technical discussions.
Essential Job Functions
Lead the development, review, and continuous improvement of regional design packages, standards, and engineering specifications to ensure consistent and high-quality project delivery.Oversee the full design lifecycle from Feasibility, Concept through IFC, ensuring designs are coordinated, complete, and aligned with project cost plans, schedules, and operational requirements.Establish and maintain regional design management processes, including design deliverables tracking, IFT and IFC documentation, and KPI monitoring to ensure consistency across projects.Support sales and development teams during client meetings, technical presentations, and project interviews. Provide clear updates on design progress, risks, and priorities to senior leadership.Support procurement and regional project teams in the selection and management of consultants and engineering partners. Maintain strong relationships with design consultants, contractors, and suppliers.Monitor design quality and proactively identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks within design documentation. Ensure compliance with Vantage safety, quality, and operational standards.Coordinate design changes across internal teams and external consultants to ensure alignment across CSA, MEP, and ICT systems. Support delivery teams in resolving design-related issues during construction.Promote innovation in design delivery, including the use of BIM, prefabrication, modularisation, and low-carbon design approaches. Drive continuous improvement across design, procurement, and construction processes.Lead and mentor regional design and engineering teams, fostering collaboration, performance, and knowledge sharing through regular reviews and lessons learned.Provide input on cost implications arising from design development and support value engineering and change management processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, building services engineering, architecture, structural engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.Minimum 15+ years of experience in design engineering, design management, or related leadership roles within data center or highly serviced building environments.Strong understanding of data center mechanical, electrical, and ICT infrastructure, including critical power and cooling systems.Proven experience managing the full design lifecycle across complex construction projects.Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams across large-scale developments.Strong knowledge of design coordination, change management, and construction delivery processes.Commercial awareness with the ability to assess design impacts on cost, schedule, and project performance.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working across regional and cross-cultural teams.Familiarity with APAC construction markets, and applicable building codes. Experience in working in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is preferred.Expected travel is 25% of the time, but may grow and evolve over time.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and collaborative Total Rewards Manager to join our APAC Total Rewards team based in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Compensation (based in the United States), this role will lead the strategy, design, implementation, and operational administration of compensation and benefits programs across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will bring strong regional expertise, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering equitable and competitive rewards solutions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. To be successful in this role, you must proactively engage with business leaders to build relationships, establish trust, and address pain points while flourishing in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. This role will have a strong dotted-line relationship to APAC regional leaders in the broader People & Culture department.
Essential Job Functions
Compensation: Support the annual compensation cycle in Workday, including salary reviews, bonus planning, and recommendations/analysis for promotions and compensation adjustments. Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations using global survey data (e.g., Mercer, Comptryx, Salary.com). Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance on offers, promotions, market adjustments, and budgeted positions. Lead mobility efforts and strategy across the region. Analyze pay equity and internal parity to ensure fairness and compliance. Maintain compensation structures, support global job architecture framework, and educate key stakeholders on processes and policies. Benefits: Lead the strategy, design, implementation, administration, and communication of employee benefits programs across APAC (e.g., health, insurance, retirement, wellness). Support operational administration of benefits tasks including, but not limited to: employee enrollments, coverage changes due to life events, and terminations. Enter transactional details in appropriate systems for all vendors. Monitor benefits trends and regulatory changes in all operating and target markets to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Partner with local brokers and vendors to manage renewals, claims, and service delivery. Support benefits harmonization and integration efforts during M&A or organizational changes. Analytics & Projects: Develop dashboards and reports to track key compensation and benefits metrics. Support global and regional Total Rewards projects, including policy reviews, audits, and system enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HRIS, Finance, Legal) to ensure data accuracy and alignment. Assist in the preparation of executive-level reporting of key compensation metrics and trends. Other: Ensure compensation programs comply with all regional regulations, labor laws, and internal policies across multiple jurisdictions. Handle additional duties, as assigned by management. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, accounting, data analytics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) 8+ years of experience in compensation, human resources, finance, or data analytics English language proficiency is required, including the ability to speak, read, and write at a business level, due to the necessity of collaborating with a global team.
