As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business units. Job Responsibilities:
Automation System Support:
Assist in the design, installation, and modification of automation systems for semiconductor equipment.Help maintain automation equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets production goals.Work closely with senior engineers to assist with the integration of automation systems with manufacturing processes.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
Assist in diagnosing and resolving automation-related issues with manufacturing equipment.Perform routine checks, diagnostics, and maintenance on automation systems to prevent downtime.Support the calibration, adjustment, and troubleshooting of PLCs, robots, and other automated equipment.
Process Improvement:
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase equipment efficiency and reduce operational downtime.Support efforts to optimize automated processes in collaboration with senior engineers and other departments.
Data Collection and Reporting:
Assist with the collection and analysis of performance data from automation systems.Help prepare reports on equipment performance, identifying trends, and suggesting potential improvements.
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to automation systems, repairs, and improvements.Assist in ensuring all automation systems comply with company standards and industry regulations

Job Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in automation, equipment engineering, or a related technical field.Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes or automation systems is a plus but not required.Basic knowledge of automation systems such as PLCs, SCADA, robotics, or DCS.Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., VB.NET, VB6, C++) and software used in automation systems is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Proactive attitude with an eagerness to support and learn from senior engineers.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and train a team of Wafer Fab Operators and Technician to ensure smooth day-to-day operations to achieve daily production output target, On Schedule Delivery and Key Performance Indices.Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity.Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.Plan out manpower training to increase shift deployment flexibility.Regularly engage specialists to gather feedback on performance, understand challenges faced, and identify potential areas for improvement.Present daily production indices in module meetings and highlight key priorities for the Engineering team to focus.Address and resolve line-related, preventive maintenance issues, understand equipment capacity and constraint challenges, identify and implement temporary solutions, and collaborate with the Engineering team to resolve.Ensure all personnel comply with Safety, Discipline and 5S Housekeeping Standard in the work area.Ensure accurate documentation and maintain Data-Integrity.Collaborate with Support group such as IE and Engineering to ensure that accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constrains, and Unit Per Hour (UPH) are incorporated into the tool’s capacity modeling.Lean initiatives to drive Quality and Productivity improvement projects.Lead and contribute to cross-module and cross-fab improvement projects.
