    Responsibilities
    Bridge Global Collaboration – Act as the key liaison between our Singapore site and HQ (Taiwan) to ensure smooth communication, system integration, and alignment of strategic objectives.Drive System Excellence – Maintain, optimize, and enhance the current VS1 MES (PROMIS) system to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement.Lead Data Integration Initiatives – Take ownership of integrating and managing foundry MES data for advanced information analytics, supporting decision-making across the organization.Shape the Future with AI – Implement, adapt, and fine-tune AI analysis models from HQ to meet local operational needs, contributing to our digital transformation journey.Manage Wafer Input Systems – Oversee and optimize wafer input-related systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth production flow.Ensure Data Accuracy in Closing Cycles – Sustain and validate VS1 accounting closing data to support timely and precise financial and operational reporting.Maintain Outgoing Systems – Manage and enhance the VS1 outgoing system, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement.Develop and Support Web Applications – Design, implement, and maintain application-based web solutions to meet evolving business needs.Deliver Actionable Insights from MES Data – Develop, optimize, and support automated MES data reporting solutions for data-driven decision-making.Leverage Power BI Across Regions – Import, adapt, and align HQ Power BI dashboards and analytics for Singapore operations.Drive AI-Enabled Engineering Analytics – Implement and fine-tune AI models for advanced engineering data analysis, empowering predictive and prescriptive insights.

    Qualifications
    Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Min 2-3 years of relevant work experienceExperience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.Familiarity with database and data programming is preferred.Able to read, write, listen, and speak effectively in a professional setting.Proficient in communicating with Taiwan counterparts (reading, listening, and speaking).Technical Skills (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply even if not proficient in all areas) To remove this sentencePL/SQL and Oracle Database operations.Web application development using Angular, Node.js, ASP.NET, or JSP.Python programming for data processing and automation.VB6 and .NET for maintaining and enhancing legacy systems.

  • Job Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and train a team of Wafer Fab Operators and Technician to ensure smooth day-to-day operations to achieve daily production output target, On Schedule Delivery and Key Performance Indices.Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity.Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.Plan out manpower training to increase shift deployment flexibility.Regularly engage specialists to gather feedback on performance, understand challenges faced, and identify potential areas for improvement.Present daily production indices in module meetings and highlight key priorities for the Engineering team to focus.Address and resolve line-related, preventive maintenance issues, understand equipment capacity and constraint challenges, identify and implement temporary solutions, and collaborate with the Engineering team to resolve.Ensure all personnel comply with Safety, Discipline and 5S Housekeeping Standard in the work area.Ensure accurate documentation and maintain Data-Integrity.Collaborate with Support group such as IE and Engineering to ensure that accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constrains, and Unit Per Hour (UPH) are incorporated into the tool’s capacity modeling.Lean initiatives to drive Quality and Productivity improvement projects.Lead and contribute to cross-module and cross-fab improvement projects.

  • Job Description:
    ● Lead, manage and responsible for Thin Film operation resources, as well as ensure the proper planning of manpower resources. (right hiring to meet fab ops need)● Set goals, track & drive performance indicators for the department and at the same time, ensure good communication/passdown of Company and Fab direction to the ground level● Drive improvement activities in the department to enhance productivity, increase efficiency and improve quality performance● Ensure good maintenance system and process application of the department● Ensure product delivery performance fulfill customer’s requirements● Manage production cycle time, work in progress (WIP) and inventory● Drive towards reducing manufacturing cost● Deliver timely solutions to address existing customers’ needs as well new customer developments projects needs with resources within the department ● Establish and maintain strategic partnership with key customers and sub-contractors● Plan & forecast annual capital & expense budgeting of the department to align with Company direction.     Job Requirements:Degree in Microelectronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent Minimum 10 years of Semiconductor Manufacturing operations experience, with minimum 5 years of management experience Possess technical knowledge and competent in Thin Film Process & Equipment Proven strategic leadership capability in the semiconductor industry. Dynamic and resourceful person with good analytical and organization skills Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills Prepared to take on challenges, calculated risk and manage changes at all times Excellent knowledge with MS Office including Word, Excel , and PowerPoint

  • This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.     Qualifications
