1. User and Market Research:Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather and analyze enterprise-level customer insights, assisting in defining product market positioning. Based on a deep understanding of customer needs, identify market segments and develop corresponding marketing strategies. Assess market opportunities through competitive analysis and establish differentiated competitive approaches.2. Resource Integration and Marketing Planning:*Capable of driving cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration both internally and externally (including product, sales, partners, and industry key opinion leaders) to synergize resources. Develop creative and executable integrated marketing plans, and oversee the entire process from planning to implementation, ensuring the achievement of brand influence and product promotion goals.3. Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple large-scale marketing projects simultaneously. Serve as a core driver in cross-departmental and cross-regional collaboration, ensuring smooth communication, effective resource coordination, and on-time, high-quality delivery of outcomes.
Qualifications:
1. 2-5 years of work experience; background in product marketing or Go-To-Market (GTM) within the technology industry is preferred. Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: product management, marketing, or brand management, with over 5 years of experience in one of these fields.2. Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for majors in Marketing or related fields.3. Excellent project management and cross-team collaboration experience; outstanding communication skills and adaptability; strong ability to understand others and communicate effectively.4. Strong interest in the technology industry; ability to acquire and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and user insights.5. Strong data analysis and processing skills, logical thinking, and systematic mindset; self-driven with strong resilience under pressure.6. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; overseas market work experience is preferred.
