We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven Sales Account Executive to join our vibrant team and help grow our presence in the B2B corporate wholesale market!
Key Responsibilities:* Work closely with clients to understand and provide customized corporate gifting solutions that align with their brand identity, marketing objectives, and campaign goals.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients* Support sales pipeline growth by pitching to cold leads and new prospects when needed* Schedule meetings and site visits your clients to understand their needs through calls, Zoom, or face-to-face meetings.* Prepare quotations and follow up on sales orders to ensure smooth and timely processing.* Maintain high client satisfaction through responsive communication, problem-solving, and quality service.* Drive sales performance through regular follow-ups with prospects/clients, increasing closing rates, and developing long-term client relationships to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.* Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs set by management
Requirements:* 1–2 years of experience in Sales Account Management or B2B sales* Proven ability to close sales and build long-term client partnerships.* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.* Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools
