  • About the roleThe Write Connection (TWC) specialises in English and Writing classes for primary and secondary level students.     We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive enrolment growth across our centres. This role focuses on turning business targets into effective marketing strategies, managing budget for ROI, and optimising the funnel from lead to enrolment.
    Working with the Head of Marketing, you will lead integrated campaigns across digital and on-ground channels, using data and structured testing to improve performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable setting direction, diving into data, and driving execution through both team members and external partners.
    Key ResponsibilitiesCo-develop and execute annual marketing plans that achieve enrolment and revenue targets across all centresManage marketing budget with accountability for ROI, cost per acquisition, and campaign performanceOversee execution of integrated campaigns across digital advertising, community activations, events and partnershipsPartner with creative teams to develop high-converting ad copy and visuals based on performance data and psychological triggers.Design and lead a rigorous 'test-and-learn' roadmap for landing pages, ad formats, and audience segments.Analyse marketing funnel performance and implement data-driven optimisationsEnsure brand consistency across all marketing touchpointsLead team members and vendors by giving clear direction, timelines, and performance expectations.Collaborate with centre managers, operations, and academics teams to deliver marketing objectivesTrack and report performance against KPIs to senior leadership with strategic recommendations
    RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldAt least 5 years marketing experience executing integrated campaigns that consistently achieve revenue, and ROI targets.Experience managing marketing budgets with accountability for cost per acquisition and return on investmentHands-on experience managing and scaling high-budget campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), and TikTok Ads Manager. Experience with XHS advertising and SEO is a plusExpertise in setting up and troubleshooting tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and server-side tagging to ensure data integrityProven ability to optimise campaign performance through data analysis and rapid testingExperience in education, enrichment, or consumer services sector strongly preferredStrong analytical capabilities and proficiency with digital marketing platforms and CRM systems. Agency experience is a plusExcellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
    Desirable:Understanding of Singapore education landscape and parent decision-making psychologyExperience managing teams and coordinating across multiple branch locationsTrack record working within established brand guidelines and strategic frameworks

    Job ResponsibilitiesTeach an average of 10 to 12 classes per week, which includes covering classes for colleagues when needed.Conduct engaging and enriching English lessons, with structured materials written by our in-house Curriculum experts.Foster a safe and positive learning environment, embodying a growth mindset to guide and nurture students.Meticulously mark and return students’ work on time. Keep track of their performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.Build rapport with parents and update them on their child’s academic and personal progress.Attend Professional Development Meetings weekly.
    Job RequirementsA Degree from a reputable university, preferably in related fields of Law, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences or Communications.Excellent academic track record, particularly in English and General Paper (GP).Passionate about teaching English and writing to primary and secondary school students - prior experience is preferred, but not required.Willing to develop skills and implement strategies to teach and support students of differing levels and competencies.Willing to adopt TWC's ethos and pedagogy.Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage all stakeholders.Excellent work ethic.Able to teach and mark effectively, managing a workload of up to 12 classes weekly.Able to work 5 days a week (4 weekdays and 1 weekend, OR 3 weekdays and 2 weekends) - remuneration will be commensurate with experience and work commitment on weekends.

    Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and refine the P3–P6 science curriculum, ensuring alignment with MOE syllabus and PSLE requirementsDevelop structured teaching approaches to ensure consistent lesson deliveryMonitor student progress and continuously improve programme outcomesEngage parents through clear communication on student developmentSupport trial classes and contribute to enrolment growthTeach 4–6 classes per week, including at least 1 weekend, with teaching load adjusted as the teaching team expandsHire and train teachers to deliver high-quality lessons
