    Job responsibilitiesProduce stunning visuals and creatives for campaigns, events and overall branding.Create interactive and visually engaging marketing collaterals, across digital placements on web, mobile display ads, EDMs to physical assets such as OOH, centre displays and postersEnsure timely delivery of design and adhere to work schedules.Provide support inter-departmentally and during company events.Illustrate and design content for our social media channels.Work collaboratively with the content team to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, delivering visually appealing and engaging content that continuously inspires and excites consumers through copy, design, and content angles.To provide oversight on content social media content curation, from working with agencies to ensure close alignment to brand strategy, to ensuring quality at the point of deliveryIdeate and create creative social media content and coverage for events such as roadshows and open houses.   • Purpose of job:
    The Curriculum Segment Head is responsible for leading, and contributing to, a team of curriculum specialists and graphic designers, in the design, development and production of curriculum for Secondary and Junior College (Maths). The Segment Head ensures that TLL maintains a high-quality market-competitive range of product and services in the academic enrichment business arena.
    A leadership role in curriculum development comprises a spectrum of responsibilities from the initial conceptualization, design and planning of learning outcomes and pathways to the preparation of lesson materials and teacher guides, as well as operational aspects in ensuring the successful implementation of such materials in TLL’s classroom settings. Leadership in curriculum development also entails working with the relevant leaders within the teaching and planning teams to ensure that the curriculum is enacted successfully to create powerful student learning experiences.
    Curriculum segment heads are expected to play a key leadership role in ensuring the growth of the company. Leadership and participation in company initiatives that drive the success of the academic programmes are also essential elements of the work.

    Accountability and responsibilities:
    Ensuring a high level of quality in the enrichment programmes and courses for the segment under his/her charge through leading, coaching, and managing the relevant curriculum team of both full-time curriculum developers and part-time teacher consultants.Proactively working with relevant teams within the company, e.g., marketing, PMO and TDQM, in articulating and increasing the value of the programmes under their leadership, as well as the programmes in their subject area.Taking charge of administrative and project management responsibilities as part of overall leadership in curriculum development and management.Responsible for the development and production of high-quality lesson materials for programmes that meet company needs and timelines and which adhere to TLL’s curriculum quality assurance framework. This includes:envisioning, planning and designing of the curriculum to ensure alignment with TLL’s teaching and learning model and all MOE requirements;implementing curriculum design through preparation of Schemes of Work and lesson schedules, as well as working to ensure that learning outcomes for the segment are strategically planned across the grade levels and well-articulated through appropriate learning and assessment activities;planning, writing, editing and preparing for print or online delivery, all lesson materials and teacher guides, including conducting research, sourcing for materials and designing engaging learning activities;providing professional development sharing and briefings as part of curriculum support to help teachers use the curriculum materials effectively;ensuring the quality of the curriculum through developing and monitoring quality assurance processes, which includes vetting of materials across segments, and evaluating the success of curriculum-led initiatives.To ensure that the curriculum serves the purposes of TLL’s classroom and teaching contexts, the scope of work may also include teaching responsibilities.
    Necessary qualifications and attributes:Relevant degree either in education or subject.Hands-on experience in education, in a leadership and/or curriculum capacity with good working knowledge of the Singapore education context, including the national syllabus, and familiarity with current education approaches.High level of professional integrity and good work ethic, with a passion for education.Strong leadership qualities, with effective interpersonal and communication skills.Confident of thriving within a fast-paced business-oriented work environment, and able to work under tight time pressure.Flexible, agile in thinking, able to manage change and ambiguity well.Careful, meticulous with an eye for detail.Creative, dynamic, innovative, and embraces new challenges.Practical and organised with strong administrative abilities to manage tight deadlines, resource constraints and multiple teams.Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and adept in learning new educational technological tools and software.
