Purpose of job:
The Curriculum Segment Head is responsible for leading, and contributing to, a team of curriculum specialists and graphic designers, in the design, development and production of curriculum for Secondary and Junior College (Maths). The Segment Head ensures that TLL maintains a high-quality market-competitive range of product and services in the academic enrichment business arena.
A leadership role in curriculum development comprises a spectrum of responsibilities from the initial conceptualization, design and planning of learning outcomes and pathways to the preparation of lesson materials and teacher guides, as well as operational aspects in ensuring the successful implementation of such materials in TLL’s classroom settings. Leadership in curriculum development also entails working with the relevant leaders within the teaching and planning teams to ensure that the curriculum is enacted successfully to create powerful student learning experiences.
Curriculum segment heads are expected to play a key leadership role in ensuring the growth of the company. Leadership and participation in company initiatives that drive the success of the academic programmes are also essential elements of the work.
Accountability and responsibilities:
Ensuring a high level of quality in the enrichment programmes and courses for the segment under his/her charge through leading, coaching, and managing the relevant curriculum team of both full-time curriculum developers and part-time teacher consultants.Proactively working with relevant teams within the company, e.g., marketing, PMO and TDQM, in articulating and increasing the value of the programmes under their leadership, as well as the programmes in their subject area.Taking charge of administrative and project management responsibilities as part of overall leadership in curriculum development and management.Responsible for the development and production of high-quality lesson materials for programmes that meet company needs and timelines and which adhere to TLL’s curriculum quality assurance framework. In this role as the Head of Enrolment and Customer service (Centre level), you will assist the Director, Sales and Customer Experience in developing and executing sales & customer management plans for the Centre that you are responsible for.

Purpose of job:
The Curriculum Specialist works within the Primary and Secondary Science (Chemistry) teams to plan, develop and write quality curriculum, including lesson materials and teacher guides, that ensures TLL maintains a high-quality market-competitive range of product and services in the academic enrichment business arena.
The specialist generally works under the supervision of a curriculum segment head and is the lead developer for two grade levels within the core curriculum of that segment. Work may also include preparing, reviewing and revising materials for shorter programmes within the specialist’s assigned subject expertise.
