What you will be doing Oversee daily spa operations, including financial reporting, staff commission tracking, procurement and inventory, retail management, and regulatory compliance Lead and manage the Spa team, overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, and professional standards to foster a high-performance culture Maximize spa revenue and profitability through strategic yield management and targeted marketing initiatives Drive Member satisfaction by cultivating a culture of service excellence and ensuring effective resolution of escalated concerns Analyze feedback, market trends, and competitor benchmarks to enhance services and programs, while identifying opportunities to maximize productivity and efficiency
