    Your skills and experience:10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role within Banking and Financial ServicesRelevant and demonstrable experience in designing and documenting requirements on Client Onboarding and KYC TopicsWorking knowledge of the Private Banking domain (Regulations & Risk/ Client Onboarding and KYC/Capital Markets Transformation)Good understanding of Finance & Technology and an ability to understand and work with Development and Architecture teamsExcellent interpersonal skills: good negotiation and conflicts management skills, able to build momentum / define consensus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts. Ability to multi-task, be flexible and allocate time according to moving priorities.Knowledge of agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, ...) and tools (Jira or Confluence)University degree or equivalent, preferably with a degree in information technology or Business.

    Role Overview
    We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Telecommunications and Network Operations Center (NOC) environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business and technical teams, driving requirement clarity, and ensuring high-quality documentation and delivery across mission-critical telco initiatives.
    Key Responsibilities
    Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Translate complex operational workflows into clear user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process maps.Maintain high-quality project documentation including SOPs, runbooks, workflows, and knowledge repositories.Support transformation initiatives across network monitoring, incident management, service assurance, and automation.Work closely with NOC teams to understand real-time operations, SLAs, and escalation models.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement walkthrough sessions.Ensure documentation governance, version control, and audit readiness.Support UAT cycles, gap analysis, and solution validation.Drive continuous process improvements and standardization across operations.
    Required Skills & Experience
    10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within telecommunications or network operations environments.Strong understanding of NOC operations, network monitoring tools, incident management, and service assurance frameworks.Proven experience in creating and maintaining detailed documentation (BRD, FRD, SOPs, workflows, knowledge articles).Familiarity with ITIL practices and operational governance.Ability to work with cross-functional global teams and senior stakeholders.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    Sr.Business Analyst : Wealth Management Aladdin
    Specific qualificationsProduct knowledge: Investment Advisory Service (must)DPM (nice to have)Execution Only (nice to have)System knowledge: knowledge of Aladdin Wealth platform (mandatory). As well as the knowledge of Avaloq core banking would be a huge advantage.Experience in implementation of Aladdin Wealth, especially in conjunction with Avaloq core banking will be considered as advantage.Regulation knowledge: MiFID is a must; UK and Swiss regulatory requirements applicable to investment services will be an advantage. Also, knowledge of MAS and HKMA regulations regarding wealth management, investments, and advisory services.Ability to analyse existing and set up new/propose optimised workflows.Product knowledge: Sufficiently deep understanding of investment products, their execution, operation, and lifecycle, esp. structured and OTC products. Change management: Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies across a portfolio of complex transformation programmes. High level of accuracy / attention to detail, hands-on mentality, strong delivery attitude and pro-active attitude
    ResponsibilitiesWork closely together with the Product Owner, Program Manager and other squad members, to ensure right granularity of requirements specification on an epic / story level.Work closely with subject matter experts to gather business requirements and validate proposed solutions.Translate business needs: Create models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience in understanding the business requirements.Facilitate communication at project team level in order to create consensus on scope, design and implementation decisions.Constantly collaborate with vendor to ensure timely deliverables as per validated business requirements.Prepare materials for User Training and User Guides; assist business users in preparation updated workflows. Document use- and test- cases; perform pre-UAT.Coordinate UAT.Identify risks / issues that might affect project deliverables and proactively inform program leadership.
