About the RoleThe Account Manager plays a vital role in managing client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and ensuring successful placements. You will work closely with both clients and recruiters to deliver timely, high-quality recruitment solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow assigned client accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and service satisfaction.Understand clients’ hiring needs, culture, and requirements to deliver effective recruitment strategies.Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, shortlist, and present suitable candidates.Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from job briefing, interviews, and negotiations to successful placement.Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and client retention.Identify business opportunities and actively develop new client relationships.Track performance metrics and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.Resolve client and candidate issues promptly and professionally.
