    We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and provide strong analytical support within a project-based construction environment. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong focus on project performance, cost control, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will report to the Financial Controller and oversee multiple entities within the Group.
    Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage a full set of accounts and oversee the month-end closing process across multiple entities Prepare accurate financial and management reports, including group consolidation Analyse project costs, budgets, and profitability to support decision-making Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Oversee project accounting, including revenue recognition in line with applicable standards Monitor cash flow, banking facilities, and funding requirements Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies Supervise and guide finance team members across different entities Ensure proper financial management and reporting for multiple companies within the Group Report directly to the Financial Controller RequirementsDegree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA) preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong exposure to project accounting in the construction industry Proven ability in financial analysis, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with Globe3 ERP is an advantage)
