    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    As the Assistant Manager, EHS, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety practices across our Singapore data centres. You will manage EHS programs, conduct audits, and oversee ISO45001 and BizSafe certifications for all Singapore data centres. In addition, you will manage and oversee all data centre projects—including construction, addition and alteration (A&A), and customer fit‑out works—to ensure full compliance with legal requirements and STT GDC Group EHS standards.
    Plan, develop and execute EHS programs, procedures, audits and awareness activities for the Singapore data centres.Manage ISO45001 and BizSafe certifications, conduct audits and track audit findings through closure.Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all EHS-related matters for both projects and operations.Perform regular EHS assurance walkdowns, task observations and inspections for project and operational activities; prepare findings report and follow up until closure.Oversee all safety incidents and near misses within both projects and operational data centres, ensuring timely reporting and investigation in accordance with STT GDC Incident Management standards.Review injury and incident reports and investigations for completeness and assist with onsite investigations at short notice for dangerous occurrences or major injuries.Review and provide constructive input on projects as well as operational data centre related high-risk work processes and safety documents (e.g. risks assessments, safe work procedures, worker competencies, equipment licenses, etc); including oversight of high-risk work execution (which may occur on weekends or after office hours).Maintain full oversight of all projects to ensure that STT GDC’s Group Minimum Standards (GMS), EHS requirements, and all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations, codes, and laws are properly implemented, effectively managed, and sustained throughout each project’s duration.Work closely with project teams to ensure the Project Safety Management System is properly implemented.Support and facilitate compliance audits for projects and ensure timely closure of findings by project team.Collaborate closely with the Singapore Data Centre Operations Project Team and General Contractor to ensure work activities are adequately planned and executed safely and in full compliance with legal and STT GDC EHS requirements.Attend all project and operational data centre related EHS meetings or reviews and prepare meeting minutes as directed by the Country EHS Manager.Support any other EHS activities, initiatives and tasks as assigned by the Country EHS Manager for both projects and operations.
    Requirements
    Bachelor’s Degree/ Tertiary Level Qualification in Engineering or related fields. Minimum 5 years of EHS management experience in operations.Data centre, facility management or manufacturing related EHS experience is an added advantage.Minimum 5 years of post- WSHO registration with experience in managing contractors for construction, addition & alteration (A&A) or fit-out worksMust be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with the National Environment Agency (NEA), is preferred.Registered Fire Safety Manager with the Singapore Civil Defence Force is preferredISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Lead Auditor certified is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.Strong EHS technical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    As a Manager, DCES, M&E, you will work collaboratively across all parties to ensure data centre uptime, optimize cost efficiency, and enhance performance, while driving problem resolution and aligning engineering support with business objectives, which includes:
    Provide data centre operations engineering support for the STT GDC Group of Companies as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for electrical, mechanical, controls and other critical systems.Lead problem management and root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective and preventive measures.Act as 2nd/3rd-level technical escalation point for site operations and critical infrastructure matters.Develop, review, and enforce engineering standards, including procedures, MOPs, drawings, test scripts, and vendor recommendations, ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance.Oversee asset lifecycle management, recommending upgrades, refresh, and obsolescence strategies while supporting predictive and reliability-centred maintenance.Conduct risk assessments for critical infrastructure, identify single points of failure, and recommend mitigation strategies.Support business continuity and recovery planning with engineering expertise and risk-mitigation measures.Collaborate with cross-functional DCO towers, including Site Operations, Solutioning & Provisioning, Service Assurance, and Technical Service Management, to ensure seamless operations and effective knowledge transfer.Collaborates with the Technology & Project Delivery team to improve maintainability and built quality.Responsible and accountable for the procurement of technical services and works, including contract management, administration, and renewal of existing service agreements.Collaborate with in-country DC Operations teams to develop, verify and review technical policies, processes, procedures and work instructions, including maintenance frameworks and best practices.Act as programme manager, responsible and accountable from planning through certification for all technical certification programmes, including Green Building, ISO, ANSI/TIA-942, etc.Ensure full compliance with applicable legal requirements and other compliance obligations relating to in-country DC building operations.As the energy manager, performing both technical and managerial functions in the areas including energy audits, energy management, energy saving programs, energy engineering works, energy saving retrofitting works and financial advisory for energy efficiency measures.Provide strategic support and guidance for regional DCES related initiatives, activities and works across the STT GDC Group of Companies.Any other duties or projects as assigned by the Management.
    Requirements
    Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical EngineeringAt least 8 years of relevant work experience in operations, maintenance, commissioning, construction and/or design of mission critical facilities, with data centre experience preferred.Candidates with regional work experience will have an advantage.Must possess Energy and Environmental Management related certifications, including SCEM, SGBC Green Mark Professional Qualifications, LEED GA, LEED AP or other related certificationsProven track record in leading certification programs, including ANSI/TIA-942, Uptime, BCA-IMDA Green Mark for Data Centres, SS 564, LEED, ISO, etc.Professional certifications (e.g., CEng, PE, PMP, Uptime Accredited Tier Designer/Specialist) are preferred.Familiar with international standards such as ASHRAE, Uptime, ISO, NFPA, Singapore Standards.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work independently and work under tight deadlines.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    As an Executive, DCAS, you will provide end-to-end administrative and soft facilities management support to ensure smooth daily operations at the Data Centre (DC).
    Manage the online financial system for Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), goods receipt, delivery orders and service reports.Track and follow up on PR/PO approvals, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.Maintain and regularly audit operational trackers to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Oversee office equipment, furniture, and pantry supplies, including sourcing, procurement, replenishment, and maintenance.Liaise with vendors for soft facilities services such as cleaning, pest control, maintaining vending machines, and dust mats; conduct periodic site checks to ensure cleanliness and order.Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings, equipment setup, catering arrangements, and visitor or VIP access.Maintain and update staff movement records, inventory listings, telephone directories, and emergency contact lists.Support staff onboarding, exit clearance, and dissemination of company announcements.Assist in emergency preparedness activities, including maintenance of First Aid and AED supplies, and support fire drills or response exercises.Organize and support team bonding events, staff engagement activities, and festive decorations.Take minutes during meetings and provide administrative support for management and workgroup sessions.Provide backup support to the DCAS Manager during periods of absence.Assist with and engage in various ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.
    Requirements
    Diploma in Business, Office Administration or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in office administration, procurement, real estate/property management, or soft facilities management (e.g., WSH, pest control).Good time management, independent and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
