    Our Client is Looking for Business Development Manager (IT Managed Services & System Integration)
    ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and develop new business opportunities, building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targetsDrive sales across a portfolio of IT solutions, including managed services, IT outsourcing, and infrastructure projectsPlan and execute go-to-market activities such as campaigns, client engagements, and industry eventsUnderstand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions, preparing customized proposals and commercial quotationsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term client retention and account growthContinuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
    RequirementsDiploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related disciplineAt least 3 years of experience in B2B IT sales within a system integrator, managed services provider, or IT solutions environmentProven track record in selling complex IT solutions, such as infrastructure, datacenter technologies, cloud, or enterprise systemsExisting network within Singapore’s SMB or mid-market segment is a strong advantageStrong understanding of consultative and solution-based sales approachesAbility to quickly adapt to internal processes and align with both technical and commercial teamsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindsetComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
    Additional InformationExposure to both project-based and recurring revenue models will be beneficialIdeal candidates will have experience selling bundled IT solutions combining infrastructure and managed services
