    Job Summary (Hybrid working environment)
    As a member of SK tes Group Finance function, you will be part of an international team that spans the Americas, Europe and Asia. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders within our organisation, such as the Finance, Strategy, HR and Legal teams.
    The Group Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing the global tax strategy, compliance, and planning for an organisation with multi-jurisdictional operations. This role involves managing direct and indirect tax matters, leading cross-border tax projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and acting as a trusted advisor to the business on all tax-related issues.
    Develop and implement global tax strategies to optimise the group's effective tax rate while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including seeking tax incentives/grants opportunities.Support tax audits/investigations and act as liaison between external tax advisors and tax authorities for any tax clarification, queries or tax holiday milestone assessment.Coordinate and review transfer pricing documentation to ensure full compliance with TP regulations.Review group tax report for entire Group within tight deadlines.Advise on tax implications on new business models, M&As, restructuring and manage execution of the Group tax’s projects/ initiatives to provide value-added tax services to internal stakeholdersResearch and analyze tax issues, providing recommendations to management on tax implications relating to cross border transactions.Oversee GST/VAT compliance and advisory, including cross-border transactions and optimisation of indirect tax positions.Key contact point for tax-related request from parent company in Korea.
    Functional Skills And Knowledge requirementsMinimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in tax, with significant exposure to group or regional tax management, ideally in a multinational environment.Deep knowledge of international tax principles, transfer pricing, and cross-border tax planning.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and across diverse teams.Experience with tax technology and ERP systems is advantageous.Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.University Degree, or professional qualification in Accountancy/ Tax.SCTP (Singapore Chartered Tax Professional) will be an added advantage.

    Job Requirements:Minimum NITEC / Diploma in IT, Electronics, or equivalent.1–2 years of relevant experience preferred, especially in IT manufacturing or repair environments.On-the-job training will be provided.Able to understand English in order to read work instructions, safety guidelines, and system interfaces.Good work attitude and strong team spirit.Working hours: Monday–Friday & alternate Saturdays (8.45am – 5.45pm).Able to perform overtime work when required, in accordance with MOM regulations.
