    We are seeking a Senior Executive to support strategic clinical services planning within SingHealth. You will see through projects in various phases of planning and development, collaborate with stakeholders across different institutions, ensure effective project management meeting cadence and undertake the development, analysis, documentation of projects and facilitating discussions on hospital services demand and supply management strategies.
    What You Will Do:You will provide administrative support for departmental meetings and discussions focused on clinical domain systemness across SingHealth, actively participating in working-level discussions based on clinical services optimisation frameworks between national centres and regional hospitals. Your role involves comprehensive data analysis and statistical support where you will help develop mid to long-term projections for healthcare demand based on clinical care models and population needs, provide statistical and data analytical support with visualisation for strategic initiatives, and prepare management reports and presentations for various reporting platforms.   • The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation, and evaluation activities sited in SingHealth Regional Health System. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement. CPHRI also helps to strategise and coordinate the various population health research initiatives across the SingHealth institutions to achieve the common vision of advancing population health goals.
    You will play a key role in advancing CPHRI's research agenda and building capability across the organisation. This includes developing and supporting population health research projects, applying for external funding, developing curriculum and training programmes for researchers, healthcare professionals and community partners. Working closely with CPHRI leadership, you will also be instrumental in designing and delivering educational initiatives that strengthen population health and social prescribing competencies across SingHealth.
