    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    a) Academic Education and Work Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field • 8–12+ years of experience in content, social media, brand communications, or design • Proven experience in leading data-driven content strategy and delivering integrated content and visual campaigns

  • About the Centre for Future Skills (CSF)The goal for the Centre for Future Skills (CFS) is to identify and develop Future Skills domains that will meet the evolving training needs of both executives (CET) and undergraduates (PET), while offering flexible learning pathways through micro-credentials for alumni. To achieve this, the CFS is committed to building content intellectual property, sharing expertise, and enhancing the overall value proposition of the Singapore Institute of Management in key growth learning topics such as sustainability. This is a one-year contract position.
    About the RoleTo support the success of CFS, we are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (Sustainability) to join our growing team. This role will act as a shared resource between our tertiary institute and adult learning subsidiary, with a primary focus on the domain of sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for curating relevant training programs and providing thought leadership in sustainability, identifying reputable partners, and helping to build a strong value proposition for our learners. The position also offers the opportunity to deliver instruction in some of the programs.

  • Portfolio Management:Support the oversight of day-to-day portfolio activity of our fund managers across public equity, fixed income and alternatives and highlight noteworthy items. This includes returns attribution to identify the managers’ contribution to the total portfolio. Assist in selection of new managers by running performance analytics on the potential managers.
    Custody / Bank Account Support: Serve as the key contact person for custodian matters and support the IVO in investment operations including but not limited to:Oversight function to check custodian and fund manager trades and fees.Execute the transfer, receipt of cashflows.Compliance and documentation (e.g. account openings).Assess and execute investment transactions.
    ICC/ BoD Support:Support engagement with the Investment Committee and other Board meetings. This includes effective communication of recommendations to the Board of Directors, Investment Committee and SIM management through emails and presentations, and following up on action items and decisions made during meetings.
    Risk Management:Support the oversight of compliance monitoring, enhanced risk management structure (by asset class / manager) and developing analytics. This includes active monitoring of fund manager trade activity and compliance checks to ensure no adverse change to risk profile of the investments.
    Treasury and Trade Support: Manage whole Treasury function including maintaining banking accounts, getting quotes, placing trades. Support team in trading of ETFs, short term money market instruments and Singapore bonds.
    Manager Selection:Provide support for manager selection across all asset classes spanning public and private markets such as equities, fixed income, PE and hedge funds. This includes monitoring of existing fund managers and ongoing research on new fund managers, evaluation and appointment of external fund managers and manager reviews.
    Team Coordinator:Assist in the coordination of team efforts and record keeping to ensure the punctual completion of deliverables, and handling of any additional tasks or responsibilities that may arise to support the overall success of the IVO and SIM.
    Adhoc:Provide support in other investment, operations and risk management matters where required.
