    Job Description:
    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage a wide range of HR operational functions. You will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates while supporting data-driven decision-making through reporting and dashboards.
    Responsibilities:
    End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment across various roles, from hiring to offboardingPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategiesWrite and post job advertisement, actively source candidates via databases, social media, and networkingScreen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate logistics, and perform reference checksSupport new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate experienceMaintain applicant tracking systems and Excel-based recruitment trackers
    Training and Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of Training and Benefits Monthly expenses reconciliation and monitor the budget utilisation for Staff Training and BenefitsFamiliar with the process to procure and conduct quotation exercises to select suitable service providers for HR Functions such as Training
    Reports: Prepare reports and develop dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI for internal and external stakeholders’ review
    HR Administration Function:Maintain accurate employee records in the HR information systemManage inventory of HR collaterals and stationeryEnsure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, financial, and procurement guidelinesEnsure timely reporting, follow-ups, and coordination across ongoing initiativesAny other duties as assigned by RO and HOD
    What You Bring:Knowledge of the Employment Act and TAFEP guidelinesStrong understanding of hiring practices and labour lawsProficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g: LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, MyCareerFuture)Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Advanced Excel is mandatoryKnowledge of Tableau or Power BI is an advantageAble to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentA strong team player with a positive work ethic and excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at various levels

    You will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery and coordination of youth programmes with meaningful community impact. The role oversees procurement and administrative governance, supports programme implementation and outcome tracking, and works closely with Division Heads and teams to optimise resources, strengthen collaboration, and maximise programme outcomes. Responsibilities:
    Procurement & Administrative Governance Oversee procurement and vendor management activities in accordance with organisational policies, governance frameworks, and operational requirements Review and strengthen administrative systems and operational workflows to support efficient and effective programme delivery
    Programme Alignment & Impact Measurement Ensure youth programmes are aligned with organisational priorities through clear implementation plans, defined milestones, and measurable outcomes Oversee programme monitoring, reporting, and outcome tracking to support accountability and evidence‑based decision-making
    Resource and Budget Optimisation Coordinate the effective allocation and sharing of resources such as venues, partners, funding and manpower across programmes to enhance efficiency, value, and organisational impact Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimise budget utilisation across initiatives

    Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Social Sciences or Project Management At least 4 years of relevant experience in programme management, operations and administration. Experience in the social service, non‑profit, youth development, or public sector is an advantage Experience in managing procurement processes, vendor and cross-functional initiatives Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Excel dashboards, Power BI, Tableau) will be considered an added advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment Ability to participate in SINDA-wide events/ workday evenings, when required; Approved Overtime hours will be compensated with time off or off-in lieu in accordance with internal policy

  • Job Description:Responsible for ensuring compliance with SINDA’s Constitution, Financial Guidelines, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and for preparing accurate and timely management reports to support effective decision‑making.
    Responsibilities Review financial stewardship by managing funding and grants, cash flow projections, and fixed deposits.Perform review and validation of Purchase Orders, invoices, and GRNs using TenderBoard (e‑procurement and tender management system) to ensure accuracy and compliance.Process all modes of Payment transactions per the approved expenditure authorisation matrix.Manage donation transactions in the Oracle NetSuite ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of relevant registers, including annual submissions to IRAS.Administer Donations-in-kind in compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., IRAS, IPC guidelines), delivering timely monthly reports to Management.Assist with month-end accounts closing and prepare monthly Audit Schedules.Support budget exercises by performing detailed variance analysis and preparing Management deck.Manage Voucher Administration ensuring seamless processing and accurate tracking through dedicated system.Prepare Financial and Management reports including but not limited to designing dashboards, preparing interactive slides.Assist with Internal and External Audits as required.Participate in Divisional and SINDA-wide events when required.Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer and Head of Department to support departmental objectives.
    Requirements:Minimum Degree in Accountancy, Finance or an equivalent professional accountancy qualification.At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.Experience in Oracle NetSuite and Tenderboard would be an advantage.Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).Good Data Analytical Skills with experience in Robotic Process Automation and PowerBI would be an advantage.Follow SOPs to ensure smooth program operations and compliance.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Meticulous with good prioritization and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across various levels
