    Job Description:
    You will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the organisation’s IT systems, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, operational efficiency, and effective service delivery. The role drives business-led technology transformation initiatives and promotes technology adoption across divisions.
    Responsibilities:
    Business Transformation & Needs Analysis Work closely with Senior Leadership and key stakeholders to understand business objectives and operating challenges and translate them into clear business and technology requirements.Conduct structured business needs analysis and process reviews to identify opportunities for productivity improvement, service enhancement, risk reduction, and cost optimization.Consolidate, assess, and prioritize improvement opportunities based on organizational impact, strategic alignment, feasibility, and resources.     Delivery & Business ImprovementTranslate prioritized opportunities into a portfolio of actionable initiatives (projects or business‑as‑usual enhancements) that deliver measurable business improvements.Lead or oversee the implementation of high‑impact, cross‑divisional or organization‑wide initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.Apply appropriate change management and adoption strategies to embed new processes and sustain benefits.Monitor project performance and outcomes, providing clear management reporting on progress, risks, costs, and benefits.
    Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared ownership of outcomes.Work with ecosystem partners such as NCSS, GovTech, Volunteers and CSR teams of technology firms to maximize funding opportunities, collaborations, waivers, and non‑profit discounts.Manage IT procurement activities and vendors to ensure value for money, service quality, and compliance with organizational policies.Coordinate across internal divisions and with external vendors to ensure successful implementation.Communicate IT strategy, project updates, and transformation benefits to leadership and board committees.
    Project and Team ContributionLead IT projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and successful delivery.Develop and oversee project and initiative budgets, ensuring technology investments are used efficiently and cost-effectively.Ensure technology solutions are designed in alignment with existing systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity standards.As a member of the IT management team, contribute to team initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
    Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in project management, IT governance, or cybersecurity are advantageous. Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Strong strategic orientation, with the ability to align technology roadmaps and initiatives to organisational priorities. Advanced business analysis and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to translate organisational needs into effective, scalable IT solutions. Proven experience in business process improvement, operational optimisation, and leading transformation projects. Robust project and portfolio management skills, overseeing planning, execution, resource allocation, and reporting. Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills across senior leadership, end users, and external vendors. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high‑impact initiatives while balancing time, cost, scope, and quality.     Job Description:
    You will be responsible for leading and delivering strategic digital transformation initiatives across enterprise systems, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics and robotic process automation (RPA).
    Responsibilities:
    Enterprise Systems Implementation
    Lead the end-to-end implementation of enterprise systems, such as Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Human Resource Management (HRM) platform.Oversee implementation, data migration, user acceptance testing and change management.Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with long-term digital strategy.
    Cybersecurity
    Review findings from cybersecurity audits and vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts with internal teams and vendors.Track and report remediation progress to ensure timely risk mitigation.Manage implementation and optimization of Single Sign-On using Microsoft Entra ID.Ensure projects comply with cybersecurity best practices, data protection regulations and organizational policies.
    Artificial Intelligence (AI)
    Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases, including agentic AI and workflow automation.Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed AI initiatives.Ensure responsible AI governance frameworks are established, including fairness, accountability, transparency, security and privacy safeguards.Oversee pilot projects and production deployment of approved AI solutions.
    Data Analytics
    Lead the implementation of a secure data repository or data platform to support analytics and reporting.Establish and maintain data governance policies, data quality standards and access controls.Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting and dashboard requirements.Manage delivery of analytics solutions through vendors or partners.
    Robotic Process Automation
    Identify automation opportunities across operational and administrative workflows.Develop business cases and requirements documentation for RPA initiatives.Oversee implementation, testing and deployment of automation solutions.Measure and report on efficiency gains and return on investment.
    Project Management
    Manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, procurement, execution, monitoring, testing and go-live.Develop project charters, budgets, timelines and risk registers.Manage vendor selection, contracts, performance and deliverables.Provide regular progress reports and management updates.Ensure compliance with organizational governance and procurement frameworks.
    Team Contribution

    Requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 6 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 3 years leading IT projects or teams. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred. Proven track record in delivering system implementation and digital transformation initiatives. Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise SaaS solutions, or data platforms is an advantage. Exposure to cybersecurity, AI, or automation projects is preferred.     You will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end operational and administrative functions across student engagement, tutor management, and centre operations. You will ensure thatall processes - including class assignment, fee administration, attendance monitoring,curriculum material management and student retention – are carried out in accordance with organisational and divisional governance requirements and stipulated timelines.
    You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of STEP programmes across multiple centres.
    Responsibilities:
    Centre Management:Manage up to seven STEP Centres to ensure consistent and high‑quality programme deliveryProvide operational guidance to about 70 auxiliary personnel (Centre Principals, Centre Administrators, Tutors, Pupil Management Officer, ICT officer and Counsellor) across STEP Centres, ensuring role clarity, accountability and consistent performance standardsServe as the key operational liaison for Centre Principals (CPs), Centre Administrators and tutors on operational matters, ensuring smooth centre operationsEnsure full compliance with internal controls, audit guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Review, streamline and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual touchpoints and eliminate redundancies
    Inventory Management:
    Coordinate the distribution of learning resources to students and tutors across assigned centresEnsure accurate tracking and timely management of inventory in alignment with established processes
    Personnel Management:Manage the full framework of recruitment, deployment, performance evaluation, and exit management of assigned auxiliary personnel.     Data Management:Ensure the accuracy and timely maintenance of student records and educational resource inventories in the Education Management System (EMS)Analyse and interpret data to generate insights that support informed decision‑making and enhance programme effectivenessGenerating periodic reports through EMS on student attendance, academic performance, tutor performance and programme enrolment
    Requirements:Diploma/Degree in any discipline, with 3 to 5 years of experience in programme administration.
