Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with financial institution clientsOriginate and structure transactions involving Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), Cross-Currency Swaps (CCS), FX Swaps, and FX Forwards.Identify client needs for hedging and structured solutions in alignment with market developments and regulatory frameworks.Coordinate closely with trading desks, risk management, and back-office teams to ensure smooth execution and post-trade management.Monitor market trends and provide timely updates to clients on rate and FX movements.Ensure compliance with MAS and internal policies on derivatives trading and reporting. 1. Conduct sales activities for F/I business expansion(i.e. Syndicated loan, Trade loan, Bilateral loan, R/P, L/C based product and etc.) 2. Cooperate with Head office’s F/I dept. to develop products, IT system and business promotion 3. F/I business performance management and team member coaching/management. 4. Managing the overall process, such as document check/approval/monitoring related to F/I business. Prepare and deliver product proposals and client presentations as required. Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; CMFAS certification or eligibility preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in derivatives sales, structuring, or relationship management (buy-side or sell-side).Strong knowledge of IRS, CCS, FX swap, and forward products / F/I loans, Credit extension products, L/C based products.Solid understanding of bond markets and fixed income instruments is highly desirable.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Korean language proficiency is a plus.Professional certification such as CFA or CM_SIP preferred.Strong client focus, analytical ability, and risk awareness.
