  • Information Technology Support Specialist

    Job Responsibilities
    • Provide daily IT support for the Singapore office, including managing and maintaining devices such as workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, IP cameras, switches, and wireless access points.• Deliver executive level IT support and remote assistance for SHEIN employees across the APAC time zone.• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues and improvement initiatives.• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including setting up accounts, systems, and orientation sessions.• Ensure IT systems remain secure, up to date, and compliant with company policies.• Maintain accurate documentation of IT incidents, assets, and solutions.• Coordinate with third party service providers and external partners to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain enterprise-level IT standards.• Support and implement IT policies and procedures as required.• Occasionally work on public holidays, with compensatory time off provided.

  • Network Engineer

    Position SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and engaging technologist to be a critical part of our IT Enterprise organization. This individual will be onsite at our Singapore location and be the main point of contact and escalation for networks in our Singapore office and warehouse locations, as well as remote support for our remote users. The network engineer will be working directly with the IT Manager in Singapore, business teams and IT Leadership to transition and document IT infrastructure and security projects from engineering to production support.
