    The AVP, Procurement, SEAA is a regional leadership role responsible for setting and executing procurement strategy across Southeast Asia and Australasia (SEAA). This position reports to the Regional VP and plays a pivotal role in aligning procurement operations with the Group’s strategic goals.
    As an Assistant Vice President, Procurement, SEAA, We Rely on You ToPolicy & Governance: Develop, own, and standardize the regional procurement policy manual with the Regional VP. Collaborate with Group Procurement to ensure seamless implementation of Group contracts. Ensure full compliance with policies, justifying any exceptions to the 3-quotations rule and creating preventative action plans.Business Partnering: Act as a key BP to regional and property leadership. Participate actively in operations meetings, constructively challenging the status quo and questioning non-standard specifications to drive value.Strategic Sourcing & Consolidation: Champion a category-based approach, driving high-value consolidation opportunities within the assigned region, across SEAA, and beyond. Develop and manage a pipeline of cost-saving opportunities based on market intelligence.Leadership & Strategy: Guide, mentor, and develop Regional and Area Directors to achieve strategic objectives. Develop and implement long-term risk mitigation strategies for the supply chain.Supplier Innovation: Foster a culture of creativity to consistently introduce and develop new, value-adding suppliers to the group through strategic SRM.
    We Are Looking for Someone With A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management, Audit/Assurance is essentialA minimum of 12 years in procurement or finance, with a proven regional leadershipFamiliarity with leading procurement platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Ariba is highly desirableExposure to data visualization and analytics tools like Tableau will be advantageous in driving performance metrics and reportingExceptional leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, stakeholder management and financial acumenGood analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities, and the ability to operate independently with integrity and sound judgement

    This role drives reward analytics and workforce reporting across the Southeast Asia & Australasia (SEAA) region, supporting compensation cycles, benchmarking, and policy reviews. It delivers data-driven insights through dashboards and reports, ensures compliance, and partners cross-functionally to align rewards with business needs. The role also supports HRIS implementation and operational HR processes for the Region Office.

    Reward Analytics & OperationsSupport annual compensation reviews (merit, bonus, promotions), ensuring data integrity and scenario modellingConduct internal equity and external benchmarking using tools such as Mercer and Towers WatsonEvaluate and update salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture frameworksSupport salary and promotion proposals by preparing clear, data-backed justifications, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks, internal equity, and business needsCraft business case proposals for new or revised benefits programmes using usage data, employee feedback, and cost modellingCollaborate with HQ and hotel HR teams to collect and update compensation and benefits dataParticipate in policy reviews and communicate updates to hotel HR teamsSupport implementation of the HRIS compensation module and other rewards-related systems
    Workforce Analytics and ReportingDesign and maintain dashboards for headcount, attrition, productivity, span of control and labour cost managementGenerate regular and ad hoc reports for senior HR and business leaders, translating data into actionable insightsMaintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external reporting standardsProvide recommendations for productivity optimisation and workforce planning
    Cross-Functional PartnershipPartner with Finance, HRBPs, and hotel HR teams to align rewards spend with budget and workforce planning cyclesServe as HR data liaison during audits and regulatory reviewsContribute to continuous improvement of rewards processes, templates, and toolsAssist with onboarding/offboarding for colleagues based in the Region Office, including HRIS/payroll data management, maintenance of P-Files, work pass administration, insurance coverage, leave administration, tax clearance, etc.
    We Are Looking for Someone With Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Statistics, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in compensation and benefits (hospitality, retail, or service-oriented environment preferred)Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS platformsExperience with compensation survey tools and data visualisation (Power BI preferred)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
