    Job Purpose:You will be responsible for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services design proposals for building and infrastructure projects which will encompass conducting feasibility studies, conceptual design, drafting of technical specifications, budgeting, programming, procurement, design review, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues. The incumbent will be required to work with internal and external stakeholders, Authorities and Services providers, Contractors and Consultants, to review and provide technical solutions with the objective of achieving quality deliverables, compliant products and value-for-money outcomes. In addition to the competency in Electrical Engineering, you are also expected to have a general knowledge on Mechanical and Hydraulics systems.
    You will be required to oversee implementation of the infrastructure and building development projects from inception to completion. As an integrator for project development, you will plan and deliver development projects within budget, on time, meet the intended purpose, with good safety record and with minimum disruption to existing businesses, operations and guests.
    Candidates should be familiar with the prevailing codes and regulations requirement. Candidates shall possess knowledge on BCA Greenmark knowledge. Candidates who possess knowledge on Greengov.sg guidelines and familiar with BCA greenmark frameworks will have an added advantage.     Key Responsibilities:
    Understand and identify the conditions and constraints in Sentosa environment and propose feasible engineering solutions. Prepare scope of work, design and technical specification for calling of tender for consultancy study and/or construction project.     Requirements:
    Good oral communication and report writing skill. Degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by PE Board. Minimum 10 years with relevant M&E experience in design development from feasibility studies to implementation of complex building and infrastructure projects. A team-player and is able to work independently as well. Good understanding on the cost of M&E system to facilitate budgeting needs. Possess a practical mindset, “can-do” attitude and hands-on approach to work. Strong in people management and have experience in leading a team of engineers Well-versed with the latest local statutory and regulatory requirements.   • Job Purpose:The incumbent will oversee and manage infrastructure and building development projects within the unique Sentosa environment from inception to handover. As a deputy manager and project integrator, he/she shall identify site-specific conditions and constraints to propose feasible engineering solutions, develop comprehensive implementation strategies and risk management plans, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
    The role encompasses developing project specifications and procurement documentation, managing consultants and contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting quality assurance through regular site inspections. The incumbent is responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards whilst minimising disruption to existing operations, and providing professional engineering advice and technical support across the organisation.

Provide evaluation on tender submission for consultancy study and/or construction project Manage, review and provide constructive engineering inputs to consultants and/or contractors Review design and method statement for construction of permanent structure as well as temporary works and ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances. Responsible for the project management for the entire project cycle from inception to handover. Conduct regular site visit/inspections and submit reports on quality and progress. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and meet the specified quality standards. Provide professional advice to the project team.   • Overall Job Purpose
    Reporting to the Head, Internal Audit, you will assist in providing independent and objective assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of SDC Group’s governance, compliance, risk management and internal controls. This role will also entail pro-active business partnering, working closely with Senior/Line Management and external stakeholders, providing audit and advisory services, building internal capabilities, engaging and educating stakeholders and recommending practical improvements to add value and improve SDC Group’s operations.
    Key Responsibilities

    Job Requirements

    The ACE of Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) assists the CEO in providing the vision, leadership and strategic direction in the shaping of leisure and lifestyle experience on Sentosa.
    As ACE, Corporate and Sustainability Group, he/she has responsibility for the Corporate Divisions, (comprising Finance and Procurement, Human Resource and Administration, Legal, Corporate Planning, and Internal Audit) and driving Sustainability at an island level.

  • Job Purpose
    Coastal protection planning, research and stakeholder engagement
    Key Responsibilities
    Develop project briefs, requirements, technical specifications for the procurement of consultancy, data collection and construction contracts for projects related to coastal protection and/or building and infrastructure works.
    Assist team in plan, execute and manage the entire cycle of developing project brief, tendering, proposal evaluation processes, project award and initiation processes, with focus on coastal and environmental aspects.
    Understand and identify the conditions and constraints in Sentosa environment and propose feasible solutions
    Project management of external consultants to carry out coastal protection, drainage and infrastructure related studies, planning and designs and including all works assigned by the supervisor. Especially manage, review and provide coastal and environmental inputs to consultants’ coastal and environmental modelling works.
    Where required, conduct inspections with respective Technical professional to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance to EMMP.
    Part of the team to develop, review and enhance long term coastal protection planning strategies for SDC, which include:Identifying and assessing the risks from sea-level rise and climate change; and opportunities (eg integration of coastal protection measures with long-term land use plans);Identifying and assessing overseas best practices, emerging risks, as well as other policies that may impact the proposed strategies;Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine implications and costs of the proposed strategies;Formulating data management plan with Data Manager (GIS); andAssisting operation team to plan for operational readiness on flood response
    Plan and develop stakeholder engagement plans, to educate, increase awareness and get buy-in for SDC and Government’s initiatives and programmes from our stakeholders
    Liaising with and providing the necessary inter-agency support to PUB, the national Coastal Protection Agency, NParks and other agencies.
    Spearheading research collaborations with agencies and academic partners, including nature based solutions.
    Requirements
    Degree in Engineering (preference in Civil and Environmental Engineering) and/or Master’s Degree in Coastal Engineering, Hydro-informatics or a closely related discipline
    Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in the construction industry with at least 5 years of relevant experience in coastal engineering
    Familiar with various coastal & drainage modelling and GIS software, spatial and temporal data processing and analysis
    Consultancy experience in multi-disciplinary engineering projects or infrastructure projects would be an advantage.
