Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive
About the Role
Responsibilities and Authority:
Work with local product and account managers to incorporate marketing and communication campaigns aligned with regional and local marketing strategy.Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, web site contents, and share them with various stakeholders properly.
Digital Marketing Manage incoming leads in the CRM and channelling to the respective account manager in charge.Responsible for driving regional digital marketing efforts through Web site improvement, SEO, SEM, social media channels, web analytics, social media monitoring, and integrated offline activities.Plan and execute marketing communication by creating digital content, emailers, newsletter etc in collaboration with global and local teams, and ensure content published is compliant with corporate branding and messaging guidelines.Collaborate closely with global marketing teams to design and implement digital strategies to reach diverse stakeholders in multiple market segments, positively impacts business performance, and builds online presence and reputation.Track/analyse marketing activity results around the defined metrics and provide suggestions for improvement.
Website Design and Management Oversee company website design, development, and updates to ensure a modern, user-friendly experience.Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance site functionality and aesthetics.Ensure website aligns with brand identity and supports lead generation.Monitor website performance, usability, and SEO optimization.Exhibition and Event Management Coordinate booth design, logistic, organise and participate in marketing events such as site shows, workshop etc.Drive pre-event and post-event marketing activities to maximize exposure and lead generation.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, with proven expertise in digital marketing and website design.Proven track record in exhibition/event management.
Required Skills
Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO/SEM, CMS platforms, CRM systems, social media).Knowledge of web design principles and experience with platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or similar.Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) will be a plus.Research/Lab experience in Pharmaceutical, Bioprocess, Proteomics, Genomics and Animal research would be an advantage.Independent, goal-oriented, self-motivated and excellent team player.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Service Engineer will be responsible for meeting the daily service, calibration, maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment. The individual will establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.
Job ResponsibilitiesBasic troubleshooting, installation, calibration, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.Completing Preventative Maintenance/calibrationKeeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.Utilising the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts or contract renewalsWorking as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area.
Qualifications & RequirementsCandidate should be Electrical /Electronic/ Mechanical trained with qualifications from polytechnics or relevant institutions.Possess some basic IT related experience.Possess minimum 2 years of relevant working experience/ Candidates with limited working experience will also be considered.Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.Possess a valid driver’s license 2/3Should have basic level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OutlookCandidates are required to perform outdoor servicing of equipment and work in warm/humid environment.
Working Conditions Working in the area of laboratories, schools, and hospitals.Outdoor work environment depending on equipment location at customer's site.
