About the roleScholars Hall is a premium in-home mentorship company in Singapore, working with students from Primary through JC across a wide range of curricula. We are hiring a full-time English Mentor with genuine range — preparing Primary 5 students for PSLE, supporting Sec 4 students through O-Level English, guiding IB students through Lang & Lit, and challenging JC students on GP and Literature essays.
We're looking for an English educator who takes both the subject and the student seriously — someone who holds high academic standards, makes English accessible at any level, and treats mentorship as a craft worth getting better at.

What matters is genuine subject confidence across levels, real warmth in the room, and the kind of person who cares about the young human at the desk — not just the grade.
