  • Roles & Responsibilities:The Business Analyst (BA) collaborates with eCommerce business stakeholders across SEAO markets and the offshore delivery team in India.   • Adobe Campaign Manager  

    - Singapore

    Roles & Responsibilities:To lead digital marketing campaign activation for Taiwan market. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization using Adobe Campaign Classic V8 and Adobe Real-Time CDP platforms.Manage full lifecycle of digital campaigns: brief, build, QA, launch, monitor, and report.Coordinate and collaborate with regional stakeholders and local teams to understand campaign requirements.Manage full lifecycle of digital campaigns: brief, build, QA, launch, monitor, and report.Coordinate with local marketing strategy team to plan campaigns, manage campaign calendar and weekly progress preparation.Prepare campaign brief and identify send out routing.Use Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC v8) to create complex campaign workflows, manage audiences, and schedule deliveries.Design and build Push campaigns via SMP platformLeverage RT-CDP to activate real-time segments and personalize customer journeys.Maintain high standards of data accuracy, segmentation logic, and targeting strategies.Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.Track campaign performance metrics and deliver post-campaign analysis.Ensure compliance with data privacy and local market regulations (e.g., PDPA, GDPR).Provide technical guidance and training to design optimal campaigns

  • Roles & Responsibilities:Implement end-to-end development and execution of campaigns, data workflows, and platform enhancements.Manage platform operations tasks. Monitor SLA compliance and coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams (Marketing Ops, Data, Platform) for rapid issue resolution. Clarify, consolidate, develop, and validate system enhancements, such as webforms and data integration with other data sources, etc.Oversee data quality and accuracy within the CRM system, configure schema, handle local data import/export, manage typology rule, monitor batch jobs, implement API connections, test data ingestion and event triggers.Ensure data handling of all campaigns align with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) and organizational security policies.Document processes and provide training to team members and users for best practices and effective system usage.Offer technical consultancy to business teams on campaign execution and system functionalities. Oversee and manage Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Real-Time CDP operations and development.
