    We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Manager (SME Financing) to drive portfolio growth, manage SME clients, and deliver end-to-end financing solutions.
    ResponsibilitiesSales and Relationship ManagementOriginate and develop relationships with SME clients seeking real estate-backed financingProactively manage and grow an SME loan portfolio, increasing both client base and loan bookMaintain close relationships with existing borrowers and support ongoing credit requests
    Credit and Deal ExecutionPrepare credit proposals and conduct financial analysis and due diligenceWork closely with internal teams to support credit approval and transaction executionCoordinate documentation requirements between borrowers and internal stakeholders
    Transaction and Stakeholder ManagementLiaise with external parties including lawyers, valuers, insurers, and service providers to ensure timely loan documentation and disbursementSupport post-disbursement account management and repayment monitoring
    Collections and Portfolio SupportFollow up on repayments and manage early-stage collection mattersWork with the team on restructuring or managing distressed loans where required
    RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience in commercial banking, SME financing, or relationship managementHands-on experience in credit assessment and financing documentationStrong understanding of SME and real estate-backed financing structuresConfident communicator, comfortable engaging clients and external stakeholdersStrong sense of ownership, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented Finance Executive to join our team.
    ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for:
    Financial ReportingPrepare and deliver timely, accurate full sets of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulationsSupport month-end and year-end closing processes
    Financial OperationsImplement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assetsHandle general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliationsEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and records
    Tax ManagementPrepare and submit tax filings, including GST returns, in accordance with statutory requirementsEnsure timely compliance with all tax regulations
    Compliance & AuditEnsure adherence to financial policies, regulations, and reporting standardsCoordinate and manage internal and external audit processes
    Collaboration & Business SupportPartner with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processesProvide financial insights and ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-makingContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
    RequirementsDegree in Accountancy, ACCA/CPA/ACMAMicrosoft office skills with strong Excel knowledgeGood knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax and GST rulesMinimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and able to handle full set of accounts.Possess initiative, and strong analytical and decision-making skillsSelf-motivated, resourceful and meticulousExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong team player
