1. Commercial OwnershipOwn global performance of the offset paper portfolio across volume, margin, and market positioning.Convert business priorities into executable regional sales plans.
2. Go-to-market LeadershipShape and execute go-to-market priorities across products, markets, and customer segments.Drive value positioning initiatives, including QPC and ingredient-based marketing.
3. Sales Execution & GovernanceImplement sales strategy across assigned geographies, products, and strategic accounts.Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets, identifying performance gaps and improvement actions.
4. Customer EngagementLead negotiations with strategic and high-impact customers.Build durable customer relationships that support long-term business outcomes.

Requirements
1. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Science; MBA preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or commercial leadership roles within the paper or adjacent industry.

Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of sales strategy, go-to-market execution, and forecasting.Proven ability to lead regional or country sales teams.Effective negotiation skills with experience managing strategic customers.Ability to translate product and technical knowledge into market-facing value.Strong proficiency in spoken and written English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Strategically manage the overall Energy and Fertilizer portfolio in operational procurement to support the mills globally, with focus on Indonesia /Malaysia millsLead a proactive, collaborative and communicative process to select, manage, establish strong partnerships and relationships with external counterparties and internal stakeholders. Masters would be an advantage.Managed at least a P&L trading book or procurement spend of US$200 million per year.
