  • HR Generalist (L&D)  

    - Jurong East

    The L&D Generalist is responsible for driving key people initiatives across onboarding, talent development, learning & development (L&D), and employee experience. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the employee journey by building structured career frameworks, enhancing onboarding effectiveness, and delivering impactful development programs.
    Learning & Development (L&D)Design and execute L&D strategies aligned with business and workforce needs. Conduct training needs analysis and implement targeted development programs. Manage external training providers and learning platforms (e.g., LMS). Track, measure, and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.Career Pathing & Talent DevelopmentDevelop and implement career progression frameworks and competency models across functions. Collaborate with business leaders to define clear growth pathways and capability requirements. Drive internal mobility and succession planning initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines.   • Desktop Engineer  

    - Singapore

    Responsibilities:
    1. System Setup and MaintenanceInstall, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).Set up operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and required software applications.Ensure systems are updated with the latest patches, drivers, and security updates.
    2. Technical Support and TroubleshootingProvide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end users.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level engineers or vendors when necessary.Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
    3. System Security and ComplianceImplement endpoint protection tools such as antivirus, encryption, and firewalls.Enforce IT policies, security protocols, and access controls.Support compliance initiatives such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or internal audit requirements.
    4. User Management and SupportCreate, modify, and manage user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar systems.Assist users with password resets, email configurations, and remote access setup.Provide onboarding and offboarding IT support for employees.
    5. Hardware and Asset ManagementManage IT inventory, including hardware procurement, tagging, and lifecycle management.Coordinate repair or replacement of faulty hardware.Maintain accurate asset records and ensure proper disposal of retired equipment.
    6. Network and Connectivity SupportSupport LAN/WAN connections, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and VPN setup.Collaborate with network engineers to maintain network stability and performance.Ensure endpoints are properly connected to corporate networks and resources.
    7. Remote Support and Collaboration ToolsProvide remote assistance via tools like TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, or Zoom.Configure and support collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, etc.).Ensure remote users can securely access corporate systems.
    8. Documentation and ReportingMaintain detailed documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.Generate regular reports on system performance, incidents, and asset status.Contribute to internal knowledge base updates.
    9. Continuous ImprovementRecommend improvements to enhance desktop performance and user productivity.Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or rollouts.Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to endpoint management.
