2. PRODUCT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENTPrepare design brief for development projects and asset enhancement initiatives (AEI) that incorporates stakeholder requirements, sustainability features and placemaking aspects to ensure product differentiation and competitiveness, and consistency of standards within portfolio,Implement design management for AEI and development projects across different asset classes (Office, Retail, Hospitality and Residential) to ensure effective implementation of design brief and end-user requirements.Collaborate with external stakeholders including consultants of various disciplines, relevant authorities and government agencies to achieve the intended outcomes. Analyse and evaluate feasibility studies for existing developments or new acquisitions to ensure optimization in the design and planning of the development.
