    Job ScopeResponsible for reliability, quality, technical & engineering matters of cleanroom, HVAC, Chiller and cooling tower, CDA, Process Vacuum, Exhausts, PCW, Fire protection.Oversee mechanical system operations, maintenance, and related project work.Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
    Job Responsibilities1.Manage Mechanical System Operations & Reliability: Oversee operation of mechanical system including cleanroom, Chiller, Cooling tower, HVAC, CRAC, PCW, CDA, Process Vacuum, Exhausts, Fire protection, ensuring adherence to industry standards, environmental regulations, and internal quality requirements. Monitor system performance metrics and troubleshooting issues to maintain continuous and efficient operations.2.Mechanical Contracts Management: Renew mechanical system service contracts and oversee in-house contractors to ensure compliance with service standards and contractual obligations.3.Maintenance and Spare parts Control: Manage Operations & Maintenance of mechanical systems and monitor spare parts inventory to minimize operational risks.4.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date mechanical system documentation, including drawings and technical reports; prepare and submit related reports, including those required by authorities for approved/granted projects.5.Team Development: Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.6.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives for mechanical system efficiency, sustainability, and cost reduction.7.Lead Mechanical System Projects: Plan and execute improvement initiatives—including upgrades, expansions, retrofits, and energy-saving projects—from feasibility study through design review, execution, commissioning, & final buy-off.8.Resolve Technical Issues & Coordinate Stakeholders: Address technical queries, resolve installation/testing challenges, and maintain close coordination with contractors and project teams.9.Ensure Design & Construction Quality: Validate designs, monitor site work through regular walkdowns, and ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and approved methods.10.Energy, Performance & Lifecycle Optimization: Analyze and improve mechanical system performance, including chiller plant efficiency, compressor system efficiency, HVAC effectiveness, exhaust and MAU system equipment aging and efficiency, etc. Identify and implement mechanical design or operational improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
    Education/Experience Requirements
    Degree in Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a related field.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Effective problem-solving abilities for cross-department and authority collaboration.Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and high sense of responsibility.

    1. Skills and Abilities• Strong capability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex mechanical issues in a 24/7 semiconductor environment.
    • Ability to review and evaluate mechanical designs, layouts, and vendor proposals for mechanical systems.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate technical concepts clearly to operations and maintenance teams
    2. Knowledge• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, including cleanroom HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, piping, heat exchangers, exhaust, and process vacuum systems.

  • Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a wafer fab manufacturing engineering module specializing in Wet Etch and Electroplating processesManage and develop a team of engineers and technicians in a high‑volume manufacturing environmentDrive excellence in output, quality, cost, equipment uptime, and safetyEnsure robust process control, stability, and integration across wet etch and plating operationsLead root‑cause investigations for process, quality, and equipment issues and drive permanent corrective actionsDrive yield improvement, scrap reduction, and defect reduction through data‑driven analysisEnsure high equipment availability and reliability, particularly for wet benches and plating toolsApply and sustain SPC and statistical analysis tools to monitor and improve process performanceActively contribute to continuous improvement programs to resolve chronic manufacturing or quality issuesWork closely with cross‑functional teams including Process Integration, Equipment, Quality, and ManufacturingProvide technical and operational leadership during crisis situations impacting fab operationsEnsure strict compliance with EHS requirements, quality systems, cleanroom discipline, and wafer fab protocols
    Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or related disciplineMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer fabricationStrong hands‑on technical expertise in Wet Etch, Electroplating, and related wet processesPrior experience in high‑volume semiconductor manufacturing within an MNC environmentStrong understanding of:Process integrationStatistical Process Control (SPC)Yield improvement and scrap reduction methodologiesEquipment maintenance strategies for wet benches and plating toolsProven people management experience, including coaching, talent development, succession planning, and manpower deploymentDemonstrated ability to lead root‑cause analysis and corrective action implementationStrong sense of ownership with the ability to work effectively under pressureHands‑on leadership style with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilitiesExcellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skillsFamiliarity with statistical analysis tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordStrong commitment to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), quality systems, and fab compliance
