We are currently looking for an Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Lead to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
Lead design and implementation of instrumentation, automation, and control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA) for manufacturing or life-sciences facilities.Manage the full calibration program including instrument classification, calibration intervals, procedures, and traceability to international standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025).Ensure all instrumentation and calibration activities comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11 where applicable).Oversee specification, installation, loop checks, and commissioning of field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, analytical instruments).Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation and instrumentation systems.Develop and review calibration procedures, master instrument lists, and asset management systems (CMMS or calibration management software).Review and approve technical documentation including P&IDs, I/O lists, control narratives, loop diagrams, and calibration records.Coordinate with engineering, validation, maintenance, and QA teams to ensure instrumentation accuracy and control system reliability.Provide technical leadership and oversight to engineers and technicians supporting automation, instrumentation, and calibration activities.

We are currently looking for Quality Control SME- Empower to join us on a long term project to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
Key Attributes/Responsibilities:Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Waters Empower Chromatography Data System (CDS) within GMP laboratory environments.Lead or support computerized system validation (CSV) activities for Empower, including URS, risk assessment, IQ/OQ/PQ, and validation documentation.Configure, administer, and maintain Empower projects, user roles, audit trails, and data integrity controls in compliance with GxP and ALCOA+ principles.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for chromatography systems integrated with Empower.Support qualification and lifecycle management of analytical instruments connected to Empower.Experience with Waters HPLC/UPLC systems is required; experience with Thermo Scientific LCs, Agilent GC-HS, Sciex CE, or ProteinSimple iCIEF is an advantage.Collaborate with QA, QC laboratories, and IT to ensure regulatory compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.Support audits, data integrity reviews, and periodic system assessments.Prepare and review validation documentation and provide SME guidance during regulatory inspections.

Looking for individuals with the following experience:
Act as the primary interface between Global Quality and the China/Singapore project teams, ensuring alignment on Digital Validation implementation strategy, scope, and timelines.Translate project needs into actionable digital validation requirements; influence tool and process decisions with Global Quality to optimize for value and compliance.Lead early-stage hands-on activities (e.g., authoring/reviewing validation deliverables, configuring workflows, data readiness) to de-risk adoption and accelerate time to value.Design and deliver targeted training, demos, and job aids for project stakeholders, using real examples and use cases to build competence and confidence.Establish and maintain implementation plans, backlogs, and progress reporting for both projects; proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.Define and embed best practices, templates, and reusable assets for GVLMSv2 to drive consistency and scalability across regions.Provide clear, concise status updates and recommendations directly to the hiring manager and relevant governance forums.
