We Are Looking For:
As the Convened Events Senior Executive/Manager based in Singapore, you will lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of the company’s marquee events and convenings, partnering with marketing, country teams, operations and leadership to strengthen PDG’s positioning with customers, capital providers and ecosystem partners.
Your Job Responsibilities:Plan and deliver PDG-hosted external events (e.g., groundbreaking ceremonies, customer roundtables, industry convenings, partner engagements)Align events to business priorities, target audiences, and PDG brand standardsSupport PDG’s presence at key industry events and conferences with the Industry Events & Partnerships leadPlan and run key internal events (e.g., Pinnacle, leadership offsites, global town halls)Coordinate across marketing, country teams, customer/investor teams, operations, and HRPrepare event materials and support senior leadership participationEnsure leaders are prepared for external-facing engagementsImprove event processes, templates, and playbooksBuild repeatable ways of working for consistent execution across marketsTrack results and capture learnings to improve future events
Qualities You Should Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldAt least 4–7 years of experience in events, marketing, or corporate communicationsProven experience managing external-facing or corporate events and multimarket eventsStrong advantage: experience in B2B, infrastructure, or technology sectors; past exposure to working with senior leadershipStrong project management and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workAbility to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectivelyClear and professional communication skillsAbility to work independently while coordinating across teamsFlexibility to support events across markets and time zonesTravel may be required depending on event locations
