The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operation and maintenance of the financial records, ensuring all transactions are reported accurately and in compliance with statutory requirements (including financial accounting standards, GST, corporate tax and annual filings).

InvestmentContribute to the development and implementation of the Company's overall investment strategy, aligning with its long-term growth objectives.Identify and analyse emerging market trends and investment opportunities in key target markets.Source and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and development projects. This includes reviewing development opportunities on existing landbank owned by the Company, for example, in Maldives.Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment. This includes sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to support investment decisions, as well as developing sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment returns and assess risk.Develop and present investment recommendations to Senior Management.
Asset ManagementDevelop and execute a comprehensive asset management strategy that aligns with the Company’s long-term vision, maximising the value and profitability of operating assets as well as assets under development across Singapore and international markets including Australia and New York. Monitor industry benchmarks and stay abreast of market trends and best practices to ensure our portfolio is consistently achieving our fair market share, and maintains a leadership positioning and competitive edge in the segments we compete in. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to maximise revenue, cost optimisation, profitability and return on investment.Work collaboratively and support the respective teams such as in Marketing, Communications, Retail, Project Management, Design, Technical Services, Finance, Legal and Property Management, to identify and lead resolution in issues and to optimise sales and leasing strategies to optimise asset profitability, alignment in our brand standards, in order to enhance and create value for our assets and tenants. This includes taking a lead role in supporting and driving the performance of our assets in New York and Sydney to ensure optimal sales/occupancy and resident/tenant mix.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry, including real estate agencies, industry partners and associations, as well as relevant authorities in Singapore and overseas.
