  • Assistant Key Account Manager (eCommerce)  

    - West Region

    Job Role Summary
    We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Assistant Key Account Manager to lead and manage key e-commerce grocery platforms in Singapore – RedMart, Shopee Supermarket, Pandamart, and Amazon Fresh. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong partnerships, and executing joint business plans that maximize our brand presence and performance in the online grocery channel.Manage trade A&P budget effectively to support business growth, ensuring alignment with company targets for both revenue (top-line) and profitability (bottom-line).Conduct in-depth analysis of market conditions and the competitive landscape within the retail sector to inform strategic decisions.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business performance and achieve key objectives.Monitor competitive activity and formulate proactive strategies to defend and maintain a competitive edge.
    Area of Responsibility
    Account Ownership & Strategy:Own and manage end-to-end relationships with RedMart, Shopee Supermarket, Pandamart, and Amazon Fresh.Develop and execute tailored Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and annual strategies per account to meet revenue and growth objectives.Identify new opportunities to drive share of shelf, visibility, and conversion across platforms.
    Commercial Management & Forecasting:Lead annual and quarterly negotiations including trading terms, promo funding, pricing, and visibility packages.Monitor, analyze, and optimize key account P&L to deliver on margin and profitability targets.Responsible for channel account receivables. Monitor AR aging and coordinate with credit control and AR team.Forecast sales and work closely with supply chain teams to ensure healthy stock levels and service levels.
    Campaign & Promotion Execution:Plan and execute platform-specific monthly and high low promotional calendars (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, payday sales).Coordinate with internal marketing and trade teams to deliver best-in-class monthly campaigns.Monitor ROI and campaign effectiveness, using data insights to improve future executions.
    Data & Performance Analytics:Track and report on sales performance, campaign results, and key metrics such as GMV, basket size, conversion rates, and out-of-stock rates.Use data and shopper insights to recommend strategies to drive assortment, pricing, and shopper engagement.
    Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams including marketing, trade, supply chain, finance, and digital teams.Act as the key liaison between platform category managers and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
    Minimum Requirements
    Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in key account management, e-commerce, FMCG, or digital retail, preferably with experience managing top online grocery platforms.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Excel and data tools is a plus.Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders.Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment.Familiarity with Singapore's e-commerce landscape and promotional calendar.Prior experience working with or managing RedMart, Shopee, Amazon Fresh, or Pandamart accounts.

    Job summary:Perform checking on incoming materials, finished products, production line. Plan and liaise with relevant departments to execute projects, non routine testing etc. Assist Manager in audits.

    Job Role SummaryTo provide strategic leadership and directions for assigned divisions of a facilities. Lead and manage the assigned warehouse and logistics local distribution operations site including implement, monitoring and achievement of Operation Key Performance Index and responsible for overall performance.
    Review and management of revenue & expense of operations including continuous improvement of safety measure, monitoring of expenses, accurate application of revenue and responsible for the overall Pokka Logistics Pte. Ltd, Warehousing and Distribution expenses of Pokka Pte Ltd.Lead, inspire and motivate managers, team leaders, and ground operation staff members to ensure full compliance, drive operational excellence, optimal productivity and cost per carton, foster high employee engagement, and continuously improve service quality.
    Area of ResponsibilityManage total spend of warehousing, driving productivity across all sites with compliance, and manage efficient cost per carton. This includes handle budget exercise and monthly cost review.Drive optimization in warehouse operation with end-to-end supply chain value in line all sites production output finished goods and continuous supply/deliver packaging and raw materials.Leading key role as an actively internal change and change process and initiation of corresponding projects.Responsible for the Operations lead of a team and for the warehouse and local distribution of the overall operational improvement and compliance to all safety measures.Proactively maintain regular engagement with internal keys stakeholders contacts in line with customer expectation.Monitor and ensure efficiently daily warehouse and distribution at efficient cost.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Work with functional groups to resolve employee relations and labour relations issues.Prepare status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information.Manage total spend of distribution, driving productivity across all sties/level with compliance, and manage efficient cost per carton.     Professional QualificationsExperiences in WMS, TMS, Oracle.Well verse with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio and /or VSM.
