    This role supports Singapore operations in transit lounges, f&b, housekeeping and office departments, focusing on timely purchasing, vendor management and process compliance.
    Purchase Order ProcessingPrepare, verify, and process purchase orders accurately and promptly in compliance with company procurement policies and approval procedures.
    Sourcing & RFQ ManagementHandle sourcing and quotation requests (RFO/RFP), ensuring fair evaluation and selection of suppliers based on price, quality, and service reliability.
    Vendor ManagementMaintain and build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent product quality, service level, and timely delivery. Support vendor performance evaluation and periodic review.
    Contract & Price Agreement ManagementAssist in drafting, reviewing, and renewing supplier contracts and price lists. Ensure all terms align with Plaza Premium Lounge's operational and cost objectives.
    System & Documentation ManagementManage procurement records, purchase orders, and invoices in the ERP/CheckSCM system with high accuracy and traceability.
    Data & Cost AnalysisTrack procurement data, analyze spend patterns, and identify cost-saving opportunities or supply chain efficiencies.
    Audit & ComplianceEnsure full compliance with internal SOPs, audit standards, hygiene, Halal, and sustainability requirements. Maintain all required documentation and certifications.
    Team SupportWork closely with the Procurement Manager and other departments (Kitchen, Operations, Finance) to support daily procurement operations and project-based requirements.

    Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging key clients across the Asia Pacific region to drive growth in Meet & Greet services. Promoting Meet & Greet services, negotiating deals, and expanding the client portfolio while supporting local sales teams and enhancing brand visibility. Drive growth of the Meet & Greet business, establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders. Conduct regular Business review with key clients, to seek opportunities to expand sales portfolio.Closely support and drive sales initiatives with local sales within the Asia Pacific region.
    Lead generation, prospecting, and deals closureIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking. Qualifying leads and converting them into good quality clients.Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Customize presentations to suit different customer segments and highlight how the products meet their specific needs.Engage in price negotiations, contract discussions, and contract closures with customers. Use persuasive selling techniques and effective negotiation skills to secure deals and meet sales targets.
    Sales Strategy and ExecutionCollaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and targets.Assist Commercial Director, Meet & Greet to formulate pricing structure / sales plan for the different segments
    Client Engagement & Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, provide product information, address inquiries, and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
    Performance TrackingTrack and analyze global and local sales data, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Prepare regular reports and presentations to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and suggest actionable strategies.Monthly review of client’s performance including strategies with Commercial Director and Commercial MDCoordinate with marketing, group operations, global sales support, global call center team and local sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate on promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer retention initiatives.
    Market IntelligenceDevelop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by our client (Airlines, Financial Institutions, OTA, Travel Trade and Corporate). Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position and promote the company's products.Stay updated on travel industry trends, innovations, and best practices. Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand your network, gain insights, and enhance your sales skills.Handle ad hoc projects assigned by senior management and ad hoc support requested by other departments
    About you:Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related discipline.Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge in travel industry At least 5 years practical working experience within tourism industry.Relevant sales experience in the travel industry and knowledge of Meet & Greet or Airport operations will be an advantage. For Senior Manager, candidate with experience in Financial Institutions, specifically cards benefits or private banking benefits are preferred.Attentive to details, efficient, well-planned with good business sense and strong team spiritAggressive, self-motivated and committed to achieving sales targetCapable of working under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management Strong communication and interpersonal skills with analytical mind Good customer service and account management skillsOverseas travel is requiredAdvanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and use of Graphs to interpret data. Strong in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
