The individual will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing timelines, conducting inspections, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. QualificationsProject Management skills and experience in overseeing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery within budgetsExperience with Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to ensure the smooth flow of materials and project executionExpertise in Inspection and maintaining quality control throughout project lifecyclesSupplier and subcontractor management skills to efficiently coordinate the works between multiple vendors and to manage orders, site briefing, coordination of work schedule from start to project completionStrong communication and organizational skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teamsAbility to adapt to fast-paced work environments and make decisive, informed decisionsLanguage proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plusMin. of 3 years of relevant working experience in the field of interior design project management - especially in commercial and office projects
